Company seems to be ready to help however when trying to do something on their website it can be difficult and frustrating

My personal experience with medical staff was efficient. They answered all my questions effectively and clarified proper use of the meds I had ordered. I will continue to do business with them!

I've had 2 experiences. I ordered the Wellness medical kit. They charged my card 3 times for 1 kit. AMEX finally got charges reversed Second recent order was for DROPS. I did not sign up for auto ship yet monthly orders keep coming at $400 per month and I can't stop it. This product is absolutely useless and I have actually gained weight. Very difficult to connect with & non responsive. STAY AWAY !!!

I reached out to customer service via chat and was immediately responded to and I was contacted by email. We resolved my issue quickly, which was on my end not the company. I am very happy with my product!

Since I started buying my supplements from the wellness company, I believe they’re products are way better than anything I’ve used in the past. from time to time I’ve had to use customer service to straighten out a couple of my orders, but they gladly took care of things. Any quality company is going to experience some growing pains.I will continue to buy their products!

I had a malfunction occur with a new SMILE toothpaste pump. Customer service answered my inquiry promptly and once I had given them the details they issued a credit. Very happy with customer service.
