I purchased and received the Wellness Company emergency medical kit which is essentially a collection of antibiotics and ivermectin. I have no problem with the purchase. The problem I have is with the advertisements for the Emergency Medical Kit. I have seen the advertisements for the Emergency Medical Kit that use the wording "cold and flu season" or "flus". COLDS AND FLUS ARE VIRUSES AND ANTIBIOTICS DO NOT WORK AGAINST VIRUSES THEY ONLY WORK AGAINST BACTERIAL INFECTIONS. The only kit offered by The Wellness Company that has an antiviral in it is the Contagion Emergency Kit, which includes a generic Tamiflu prescription. It should be noted, that miss use of antibiotics leads to antibiotic resistant infections. The use of the words colds and flus in their advertisements should be reserved specifically for the kit that contains the antiviral generic tamiflu to avoid the misuse of the antibiotics by uninformed and/or unaware buyers.

I placed an order with The Wellness Company and attempted to cancel it the SAME DAY due to a misleading cancellation process on their website. Their system includes an extra step that made it appear the order was cancelled when it was not. I reached out immediately to correct it, but instead of resolving the issue, their support team hid behind a “final sale” policy. Here’s the problem: • They won’t accept a return due to “health and safety” • They won’t issue a refund • Yet their system actively prevents proper cancellation You can’t have it both ways. If a customer tries to cancel immediately and your system fails them, that’s not the customer’s fault—that’s your process. I even offered to cover return shipping and simply asked them to waive a $15 fee tied to a process that didn’t work correctly. That request was denied. This experience shows a lack of accountability and customer-first thinking. Buyers should be aware before ordering.

I ordered this item and was cleared by the doctor to receive it on March 14 and 15 consecutively. The kit did not arrive at my house until April 6th. I called twice to cancel the order because it was taking so long and there was no shipping information available. They told me I could not cancel the order because it had been given to the carrier already. The carrier did not receive the package until April 2, so they were lying. I am not worried about even taking their drugs since they lied to me about shipping.

Very easy to order their products, the shipping was very fast, and the customer service is outstanding. I have ordered from them many times and will continue to order.

I have seen and been aware of The Wellness Company since its inception. I never thought I would use or need their services but have found them to be absolutely wonderful to work with. From first reaching out to them to contacting them on the phone, I have had nothing but positive experience and interaction with everyone in this business. Everyone was completely helpful and timely. I was amazed how quickly nurses would respond to my questions and emails. I also was ready for a long wait time for practitioner interaction and prescription fulfillment but I was met with timely, professional feedback and assistance. They even anticipated my needs and help me with my concerns. So awesome! Never have I been treated like a valued person from a medical professional! What a novel idea! Great job Wellness Company! I will always use them for the rest of my medical concerns.

Excellent customer service. As a RN, I would highly recommend! Medically valuable resource to have on hand and definitely worth the cost.
