The Justine, who assisted me with my cancellation was so kind and respectful! But more than that she voiced her care and concern over my financial situation and told me she hoped things got better for me! In all my years do dealing with customer service from many different companies over the years, this kind young lady really stood out! She was speaking from her heart! She represents The Wellness Company in such a great way! I really hope she is commended on her fantastic customer service! God bless this young lady!!!!

I placed my order, they took my money and that's where everything stopped. They did not send my product, they lied to me repeatedly and then have yet refused to refund my money. I'm in the third month of this garbage.

I was having trouble opening the product I received. I contacted the company and they very patiently explained how to open. When you get older everything is harder and you seem to get easily frustrated resulting in feeling worthless. They were so kind and treated me with patience and kindness. They have superb customer service. I highly recommend this company for their products and their people.

I love the products and I needed help with my orders. Angie was so nice and knowledgeable, she helped me without hesitation and gave me guidance for my next orders.

I would not go back to this company even if they did improve. I wasted months of time on a prescription that I had to call multiple times to get processed. I waited months between my prescriptions because the processing is so slow. I canceled and went with a different company. Then, they decided to process my order. I asked for a refund and was told that after multiple calls and told something different each time I called, the order was already in process and I could not cancel. Deeply disappointed.
