If I could give zero stars, I would. They immediately charged me and said they were processing the order. Three weeks later, after contacting them multiple times, I still had no product. Tried multiple times to contact the doctor and never got a response. Was told multiple times that my case had been escalated and I would receive a tracking number within 24 hours. Refused to cancel the order, but finally did send a tracking number--but not until my credit card company contacted them telling them the charge was going to be denied. I did receive the product--a month after they took my money--and I'm guessing the only reason I got the pills was because of my credit card company. They kept saying it was delayed because of supply shortages, but I got the pills from another company 3 days after I placed my order. Whole experience with TWC was awful and felt like a scam.

I first heard about this company from a TV commercial with Dr. Drew Pinsky. It is pure brilliance to have prescription medicine on hand in case of an emergency. This company has a lot of non-prescription preventative care too. Great idea for a company like this to exist. There is nothing more important than your health!

The ordering process was easy. I think it's great people can get quality medication without the harsh side effects. They have a lot of products to meet specific needs. I choose TWC over big pharma any day of the week! It takes a few weeks to get the order but hopefully in time shipping will get faster.

Like Lisa G. I hate that there is no communication about the status. I placed the order 4/4/26. It’s now 6/5/26 and I’m on the phone again. It is like this is a scam. It is not legal to charge a credit card for an order that was not shipped. They charged it on 4/4 and still nothing. $549. Like tell us if you’re out of stock and screwed up taking too many orders. It’s ridiculous. Then you try to track it and their website is not capable and sends you to another site Shop to track your order so now more people have your information. IT SUCKS. On the phone on hold 35 minutes when the system said 12 minutes high volume then 11 minutes then nothing….

I had an issue with how long the order was taking to get to me. I contacted them and was responded to by a very efficient and positive customer service rep. He/she let me know why it might have been taking so long and apologized for the inconvenience. They escalated it to the appropriate people and promised to handle it promptly. I couldn't ask for more than that!

I was waiting for a new credit card and I thought I was going to run out of medication and I am finally starting to feel better. Customer Service was on top of it and I got my refill with 4 days to spare. The medication, Naltraxone, is helping with my fibromyalgia and nothing else has helped. All of my interactions with the Wellness Company have been excellent, I highly recommend them….
