Having real prescriptions for common sense care is highly appreciated during travels in and out of the country. The refill process is easy to use. Thank you for this amazing product.

My experiences with the Wellness Company have all been positive. I have used the Telehealth service and ordered supplements. Supplements are received in a very timely fashion. Customer service is also five star. They have been helpful with an extremely rapid turn around time. The wellness Company has my highest recommendation.

Once i receive my order I can better give a proper review. The support group seems eager to help with questions. How ever due to "high demand for product " the delivery is delayed. So far the shipping is slow.

This company is 100 percent solid. They have excellent customer service. Their supplements are high quality and the ones I have used work very well. Their providers are excellent. This is just a good, solid company which I highly recommend.

Initial consultation was quick and easy. Prescription arrived quickly. There was a problem setting up the patient portal. My email address, which gets all other correspondence from TWC, never received the OTP required to confirm my account no matter how many times I tried. Customer Service was responsive and tried to help, finally coming up with a work around. It didn’t fix the original problem but it at least got the portal working. It’s too early to know if the prescription is working but I’m hopeful.

Don't do it. They took my money. I emailed and they gave me a fake tracking number (they haven't actually shipped ANYTHING). Another week goes by, so I call and speak with an agent named Bren. He acknowleged that they company is "having trouble keeping up with demand" and advises that I just keep waiting. It's been over an month since I both paid and completed the physician review; I request to cancel and get a refund. He puts me on hold and then comes back to tell me that he cannot refund as that is "against policy because it's been longer than 30 days". Well, who's fault is that? I tell him that I have a strict policy against getting ripped off. Current status: reported to the bank.
