Terrible customer support. Product never came. Refuse to refund my money.
I ordered something from them. They sent me a shipping notice. The shipping company claims to have never received the product from TWC. I called and emailed TWC customer support and they were non-responsive and useless. They refused to refund my money, and I've never received my product. I recommend not doing business with TWC.health.

Lack of customer support
Ordered recharge on the 8th says it will ship on 13th, called on 19th never got through, emailed at twc support and sent message on instagram of why it still wasn’t showing shipped. Now it’s the 23rd so I called my bank to cancel the transaction. So disappointed with thier customer service and lack of response.

They did not respond as they said they…
They did not respond as they said they would. I specifically ordered a one month supply of the Ultimate Spike Detox. Complained by there email. no response. finally got a hold of them by phone and said I clicked on subscription. Which I know I did not. Unopened they said they have a no return policy. Scam Company
I ordered the Ivermectin and Mebendazole for over $500 and it arrived with no instructions. When I messaged the company, they told me to book an apt with their doctor. Are you kidding me? They want more of my money. This place is a scam. Buyer beware.

I ordered the Medical Emergency Kit.
I ordered the Medical Emergency Kit. When I received it I noted that 6 of the medications sent are expiring in less than 1 year. One is expiring in 5 months!!! I cannot return it per their policy. I would recommend anyone not to buy this product. What a waste of money! I contacted the customer support as the reply requested. 2 weeks later.... no reply!!!

Buyer beware!
Buyer beware!, I placed my order over a month ago I have called and none of my calls went through. I was always told that I would need to send an email to them then someone will get back to me, but since I’ve already sent several emails, and none of them have been answered yet I don’t believe them on this answer machine recorder that they use every time I call I get the same message. Send us an email. We’re too busy. We have too many people calling at this time. I don’t know what else to do but go back to my bank and ask my bank to give me my money back these people are deceptive, and in my opinion they don’t know what they’re doing. You would think that a company that gets on television and run national campaigns of marketing through media that they would at least have their act together enough to fill orders in a timely manner. Also have a customer support department that will respond to phone calls and emails which over the last month Mary one of those have been answered to Therefore I am canceling my order. I will go to my bank and ask for a full refund and notify my bank that these people are unscrupulous and their business practices.
