UPDATE TO ORIGINAL REVIEW: I FINALLY received my order, but it took weeks to arrive. The Wellness Company has the worst customer service ever. When I tried to phone them, there was only a recording, you cannot speak to a real person. I sent several emails, which went unanswered. ORIGINAL REVIEW: This company is a SCAM! They scammed me out of hundreds of dollars, and I cannot get a response through email or phone. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered the Ivermectin/Mebendazole package on 5/24 and have yet to hear anything back from them. No phone calls, emails nothing. Customer service seems to be non-existent from them. I believe they don't actually have an active call support system as everything rolls to "send us an email". I'm really trying hard not to believe this to be a scam site at this time.

Ordered the "Melt" 3-Pack back on May 23rd and still have received no word on its status. Every time I call The Wellness Company number, I am told "Due to a high caller volume" I should email instead, from which the line automatically hangs up on you! I have emailed countless times too and when no update on my order status at all! Well, it's almost 3 weeks now. One day left.. Maybe I'll get my order in time but with such customer "service" I seriously doubt it. Going to check their rating on the Better Business Bureau after this.

The TWC quickly responded to my questions as pleasantly and professionally as possible. I so appreciate the pricing of the Ultimate Spike Detox product. I first ordered nattokinase, curcumin, and bromelain through another company, but realized I was paying much more and taking multiple pills per dose. I quickly changed my order to TWC. Considering the other products included in the Ultimate Spike Detox compounding such as the black seed, dandelion, and black pepper fruit extracts, it's an extraordinarily terrific deal.
