I’ve used the wellness company for many different supplements and a prescription. I have never had an issue with an order, and when I got the prescription the intake form was fast and I got a complete response. I do firmly believe all supplements I have gotten have been quality, as I can tell the difference when I take them. The prescription I got was delivered within the time quoted. I wasn’t well since getting the shot, and between ivermectin and the spike detox I’m feeling more myself than I have in 4 years.

These people never return emails I was to fill out questionnaires and there were not any.

I've been using the Wellness Company since it first started and I have ZERO complaints. I've gone to them for doctor's consultations, purchase of ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine, other emergency meds for travel, various supplements. Even in the beginning when they were first working out kink in ordering I got very good customer service. I see some of the negative reviews and I'm convinced they are fake reviews by people who want to target a company who is approaching wellness support from an alternate direction.

I reached out in regards to a certain product's availability and Valentina, their expert customer service representative, responded within a mere 24 hours. Never received the product. When I emailed to receive a refund they told me there are no refunds for any reason whatsoever. Disgusting company. Buyer beware.

BAD BUSINESS!!! STAY AWAY!!! I am having a terrible time. I tried to cancel my order just a few hours after ordering. They don't respond, phone them the phone hangs up and they don't like to answer. They email me back and ask " are you sure you want to cancel because there is a $50. Cancelation fee. I argued that was unethical and they argued back that it was policy. I agreed to the $50. And, I still haven't seem a refund in my Paypal acct.and it's $500.00. That's a lot of money. I opened an investigation with Paypal... waiting to hear how that goes. DO NOT INTERACT WITH THEM... IT'S A RINKY DINK OUTFIT. YOU'LL BE SO SORRY!
