If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not order from this company. I have ordered spike support with no problem. I was looking at the ivermectin and fenbenzadole for a family member with cancer. Even though it was $599.00 I was going to order it for them to try. In the ordering process I decided I needed to talk to the family member first because medication etc. were needed to complete the form. I tried to cancel. It states you can cancel using the confirmation email. I didn't receive a confirmation email so I reached out to support. In the mean time I see the charge on my credit card. Once support got back to me via email (all phone calls to customer service rang twice then the call was dropped) he said the order did not go through and I would not be charged to wait 10-15 for the charge to be refunded. It never was refunded. Reached out to them again via email. They tell me if I want to cancel at this point they will charge me $50.00. I sent them the email saying the order never went through and I would NOT be charged. Finally a month later I get through on the phone line but they said ONLY Virtual support can fix this and they can not contact them. I have to email them to resolve this. I am out over $500.00 and I feel like I have been scammed. I will be reaching out to the BBB asap.

Having 100% respect for Dr. McCullough, is the reason I decided to do business with TWC. However, as others have said, if he knew of their actual business practices, we seriously wonder how much he would be involved with them. The first product I purchased was extremely expensive toothpaste (over $100) that was to restore my aging gums and enamel on my teeth. Having osteoarthritis, the dispenser is very difficult to use. Presumably, they care more about sexy packaging than something actually workable and less sexy like an easier to use "tube" of toothpaste. Still, I've been hopeful about this product and have ordered a second one. I also showed it to my periodontist who was going to order it too. (In the meantime, I contacted TWC about the dispensing problem and asked them to consider making it easier to use for seniors like me. They were very nice and appreciated my suggestions.) I also told them that it would be helpful to offer at least a 30-day guarantee as most of the places where I buy supplements do. As anyone who uses natural medicine knows, every product does not work for everyone and we often end up with a cupboard full of costly stuff that does not work. I told them this would also indicate that they stand behind the quality of their product. (After my next experience, and reading other reviews here, I now understand why they don't do this.) My next purchase was their "appetite" pill. This costly product has been a HUGE disappointment. I showed it to my dr. before purchase and he thought the ingredients were okay BUT it DOES NOTHING TO CURB appetite or help lose weight. On the contrary, I have gained weight in the 2 weeks I've used this, and my appetite is ravenous. This product is a complete waste of money. I've noticed that all of their products are VERY EXPENSIVE. Once I get my next toothpaste and see if my periodontist can see any improvement will decide if I continue to purchase this product from TWC. As it stands, I will NOT waste any more money on any of their other products, particularly since they are costly and offer no guarantee.

Ordered my emergency medical kit without any problems. The consult and following delivery of my items was efficient. I just reordered some meds and so far so good. I'm happy to be doing business with TWC and I feel good about accessing certain medications I know I will need in the future without having to go through the rigmarole of having to go to my pcp and through my insurance.

The company has not delivered my order from June 20 yet. Today is July 13. Originally they said I would receive my order on June 26 or 27. I have asked twice for a refund and they will not do it. They told me to call the 3rd party delivery company for an estimated delivery time. Company support really stinks. The bottom line is this company stinks and you should look elsewhere for health supplements. I think these supplements come from China and the doctors only lend their name for this unknown manufacturer for mega dollars.

After receiving multiple emails regarding the availability of an "Emergency" kit, for $255.00. We had previously purchased the Ivermectin/mebendazole product, which required a very lengthy series of health questions to be answered. After a few weeks, the order arrived and we ordered 2 other items. All went well with these 3 orders. So we decided to invest in the Emergency Kit and placed an order on June 14. After 3 weeks, the kit had not been shipped. I contacted the Wellness customer service department by email and received a reply stating that we needed to fill out all the medical forms AGAIN. I replied that if that was really necessary, and they couldn't use/locate the forms that we previously completed, I wanted to cancel the order. After several more back and forth communications, including a lengthy char and phone call, we were told that if we cancelled the order, we would be charged a $57.00 cancellation fee.This is such BS. I will never do business with this company and will let anyone and everyone know what a scam outfit they are. I am also notifying my credit card company to reverse the charges. Two of the spokespeople for this company: Dr. Drew and Dr. McCullough must be ignorant of the shady business practices of this company, or they surely wouldn't have anything to do with them. VERY disappointed, frustrated, and angry.

I have been using TWC products for about 2 years now. I have had only good experience with their products and their customer service. I especially like that the products are developed with oversight by a trusted staff of quality physicians.
