So far I’ve had a great experience with this company! They are very quick to respond to my emails and they offer so many great products I think will really benefit me on my wellness journey.

Offer international shipping. 1st order paid in full. Their carrier lost the goods. Full refund with repeat order. Lost again by Their carrier REFUND DENIED. Robot informed me to contact their carrier. I only had tracking no. That was now non existence , order had been delivered. NOT TO ME!!!!

Like everyone else I am on a health journey and when I discovered that TWC offers a product called Recharge featuring methylene blue I knew I could trust it. However, because I am new to this new biohacking your health I had a few questions about methylene blue, especially purity and grade of the product. I reached out to TWC and received an answer with in 24 hours, it was precise and concise. Great information that I could understand and a human being behind the email to boot! I am forever grateful and look forward to continued use of their products.

Anything from The Wellness Company is a scam...Bought Medical Emergency Kit against my own rukes...The Brought in a sne like Dr Drew to give you false sense of trust. obviously Dr Drew a scumbag also This kit expires in jess tge 12 months...Its no where worth the bullshit they tell you non TV...Fox Networks using Ads from very corrupt and questionable companies.. Stay away from This company

They decided I was allergic or sensitive to an antibiotic included in the box. Without discussion they pulled it. I am not allergic to this item. I asked for a substitution or partial refund . Too bad so buyer beware. Poor customer service to say the least. Won’t ever make that mistake and buy from them again.

Charged us for products we did not receive AND refused to refund the money unless we made a police report for postal theft and provide them the report. Unreasonable treatment, tons of emails, that they state, Have a nice day, Have a blessed day, as they ignore the issue just communicated to them. Awful company customer service with flaky or just plain stupid people. Actually, what I should have stated is, *****GO SCREW YOURSELVES***** for making us deal with your delivery and service problems !!!! We now have to deal with our credit card company. Beware, if you pay with cash or a bank draft. We certainly cannot recommend purchasing form this company, .....Have a blessed day.

The team at TWC responded very quickly to an email question I had regarding product dosage and I appreciated this so much since we wanted to get started taking what we ordered from them promptly. Great service!

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. My husband is very sick and we have scheduled a virtual consultation with a provider twice. Both times the appointment has been canceled. No explanation, except that they said that WE CANCELED IT!! We did not! Stay away!!!
