I've been a TWC customer for a few years. I'm a bit shocked to see some of the negative reviews on this site. I've never had a problem, always received the products ordered quickly and have had great customer service assistance when needed. If I had questions about something, they were answered. I will continue to do business with TWC and am thankful for the many products it has available.

I wanted to try TWC Drop for weight loss but I am compulsive about reviews and found these. If 61% is a one star, that will tell you everything you need to know. Some purchasers did not receive the product OR a refund. My take: Peter McCollough abandoned his physician practice for something that is HIGH profit and no malpractice insurance. It is paying off big. I will find an alternative.

It is 4 weeks and I still have no product from them. They charged me immediately and now are refusing a refund for 90 BS reasons. Customer service is useless. They just send a bunch of AI generated replies to email messages. They refuse refunds for 90 different reasons. 4 weeks & no product - take that for what you will. Refund refused!!

Ordered a kit and paid for it. 2 days later got a rude email from a Dr. saying that he went to "herculean"" efforts to reach me and was canceling my order. His "herculean" effort to reach me was 1 email that went to spam and 1 voicemail. I reached out to him no response, I reached out to the company and they told me I could not continue the process with any other Dr. and they don't issue refunds. So..... they won't send the kit I purchased and wont refund my money.....

We made a mistake on our first order and had to place a corrected, new order. The first order was refunded once they realized that we had replaced it with a different order. Juan did an exceptional job getting back to us and issuing the refund.

On June 13 I ordered the Spike protein Detox. At the same time I joined TWC at a cost of $100 per year. I then scheduled an appointment with one of their doctors. The appointment was a couple of weeks out. This was much longer than I had imagined but... I checked on my Spike Detox and it was supposedly shipped but was not. I contacted TWC. I was assured they would take care of this. Bottom line is that after several emails nothing happened. Each time they assured me my issue was being handled. It was not. My last email asked for me to contact the carrier to request they look into where my order was. The problem is that when I used the tacking number it was not active. My product had a label made but was never picked up nor shipped. This wasn't the carriers fault. I contacted TWC again to explain this and was assured once again it was being handled. I am disgusted with this company. I cancelled my doctors appointment, tried to cancel my spike detox and asked for a refund on my membership. Silly me paid for the entire year and no refund was issued. I thought the world of Dr. McCollough. This company is a waste of time. They are in the selling business. I no longer trust anything they do or say! Join or order at your own risk! Doug

I only give them 1 star because 0 stars isn't an option. I tried to cancel an order within minutes of making it and 14 hours later the order was shipped out and I was told "all sales final". This is after the discount code that took me there vanished.

I ordered the spike protein pills; they never came. I emailed them three times and called. No one answered the phone and no one responded to my email. The company is terrible with customer service!! Don’t waste your time or money.
