After 3 weeks twc finally responded back and refunded most of my money they kept 50 dollars for the consultation..I cancelled my order on the advice of my primary care physician and when I spoke to their nurse practitioner I told her to cancel and she left the wellness company and email stating that . I called customer service 5 times and all they did was send emails to customer service . It's been 2 weeks now and no one has gotten back to me. I sent numerous emails myself asking for my refund and still no response I strongly advise anyone considering buying anything from the wellness company DO NOT THEY ARE FRAUDS

I have never had a problem with this company. Their products are great and you’re always treated with respect. The customer support team is incredible.

I ordered the appetite it was expensive and did absolutely nothing. Plus I think its making my hair dry. The package came in the mail all destoyed.

I’m using the appetite control capsules to compliment my tirzepitide maintenance plan and am enjoying positive results. A 30 day supply is auto-shipped to me every month. I have been taking the capsules for 3 months, and have experienced no problems with the product or The Wellness Company. Regarding Communication, I used the email provided to pause my deliveries while away on an extended trip. They responded within 48 hours with confirmation that they would delay until the date I requested.

I purchased two emergency medical kits from The Wellness Company (twc.health). The FedEx shipping box arrived unsealed on one end with the flaps open, leaving the kits exposed. I reported this immediately (Order TWC#770031) and contacted TWC multiple times via email and their website, but received no resolution. Their emails promised I would hear back within 1–2 business days; I received no follownup. I have now escalated through a BBB complaint and initiated a bank chargeback due to failure to deliver products in acceptable condition. Request full refund or replacement. Email Communication Timeline & Evidence • Sep 4, 2025 — Reported delivery condition: box end unsealed/open; requested guidance. • Sep 5, 2025 — Followed up after no phone support. • Sep 8, 2025 (TWC) — Reply asking for lot #, expiration, and photos; did not address open box. • Sep 10, 2025 — Clarified issue was shipping box integrity. • Sep 10, 2025 (TWC) — Canned response requesting more details; no resolution. • Sep 15, 2025 — Sent full details and photos, requested replacement or refund, offered return with prepaid label. • Sep 15, 2025 (TWC) — Acknowledged, “escalated to Kit Specialist,” promised response in 1–2 business days. None received. • Sep 22, 2025 — Final notice: proceeding with BBB complaint and bank chargeback. SCAM! It might be a good idea, but it’s a terribly run company. Way to go pushing people back to big pharma that they pretend to fight, but are a part of. I placed an order on the 19th got a tracking number on the 21st and the package has been stuck in Chicago since then. I assume it’s either stolen or lost. Their customer non-service never picked up the phone and never responded to my emails. I am filing a Better Business Bureau complaint against them and if they don’t respond to my email by the end of today, I am going to initiate a chargeback/dispute with my credit card company. If they would only spend 1/10 of the money they spend on podcast marketing on Customer Service instead! I will never do business with them ever again. They just expect people to take advantage of the special discount code advertised on podcasts and then assume that most people would not pursue a refund if they don’t deliver Well I will and I will even initiate a chargeback. This is another rotten “dissident company”/scam artist by rotten people. Wish I had read the reviews here before placing an order. They are taking advantage of a desperate people. Most of them are probably sick people too. How can you call yourself a doctor? judging by the non-response to reviews here you can see they are a scam scam scam through and through.

Wish could be zero stars. I'm reporting to bbb. Then these Loosers will have to answer. Shame on dr drew. Watched him on talk shows and thought he was a good guy. He's a scammer. Shame on this company. Scammed my aunt and I saw her request to stop. They did not. We reported it to the bank and bbb

I purchased an item from their website. The order was never shipped out. Not only did they decide to keep $50 of my $300 they charged me, but it took them 15 days to tell me this. Also, their Spike Protein Detox is a scam. Doesn't work at all. Had my spike protein blood test done, and did not lower them at all as far as I could tell. Overall, just a terrible experience. Check out All Family Pharmacy instead. Their customer service is 100 times better. UPDATE after reading TWC's response: I see that TWC responded. But what administrative costs are there for $50? To direct people to just go look at the terms on your website, is just bad customer service. Has anyone read their Apple Tc and Cs word for word? Doubt it. The worst thing you can do in addressing upset customers is just to tell them to go and look at their terms. That's like telling someone who is upset to "calm down", because that always works. Sometimes you just have to decide to do the right thing as a company, and make the decision to just NOT rip people off. It's really not hard to figure out. Finally, just look at the overall experience people have reported having with this company, which tells you all you need to know. "Most reviewers were unhappy with their experience overall."
