Very disappointed that I was sent two…
Very disappointed that I was sent two kits and thought I had bought one. I was told I could not get refund because they are medicines. I believe this was done intentionally to confuse customers.

Upon review, we can confirm that this was placed as a Family Order, which includes two Medical Emergency Kits—one for each of the following individuals from your household Before adding the product to your cart, the selected quantity is displayed, and the checkout page also shows the quantity and corresponding price before the purchase is completed. We also apologize that we’re unable to provide a refund in this case. The order was successfully delivered, and because the kits contain prescription medications specifically prescribed for the intended individuals, they cannot be returned once dispensed and delivered. We understand that this may not be the resolution you were hoping for, but we appreciate your feedback and will continue working to make the ordering process as clear as possible.
