We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand your concerns regarding the medication options provided based on your penicillin allergy and the cancellation fee. Our website advises that customers disclose any known medication allergies in their Medical History Form. Based on allergies and other medical details, one or more medications may not be prescribed and may require substitution. We also wanted to clarify that the $50 service fee was applied because the provider had already reviewed your Medical History Form and order processing had begun. Our policy states: “If you decline to speak with the provider or otherwise interfere with the prescription process, a $50 processing fee may apply.” We apologize if this information was not clear during the process and appreciate your feedback.
