I ordered the spike protein, detox, vitamins, in addition to the fenbendazole and ivermectin combo… The detox vitamins somehow were ordered on a subscription that was unbeknownst to me so I just received a second batch that I didn’t order at $85 a bottle and ivermectin fenbendazole has still not been delivered. I tried calling customer service five times and it rings and rings and rings. Nobody picks up. I’ve emailed five times also and have not received a reply. I think this place is fraud the QR code on the back of the spike protein detox vitamins is also defunct.

Unlike most other companies marketing health supplements, The Wellness Company does not guarantee their products. With the backing of doctors I used to respect I thought their products were worth a try. When I experienced no benefit, I was told that they do not offer any type of guarantee. I lost a lot of respect for the doctors backing this company.

Purchased from wellness company and accidentally signed up for monthly subscription. They sent it every 2 weeks and then weekly. Customer service was terrible. Asked for information like they were going to research their own error on sending far to frequently and had me provide all of the information to just ignore my questions. Don’t recommend!

Cash grab of a company. Absolutely greed!!

I appreciate the Wellness Company and everything they are doing to help the public. I think the model is great, but the "Customer Service" piece is much lacking. There is no Voice Response Unit for customers as the phone rings and rings and we are not aware that is just the way Wellness is setup. Once I did reach someone, they were very sweet and helpful. I think the Customer Service needs a lot of work. This makes me realize the dire need people are in to have this Health Model out there to bypass a bad Doctor & Health industry/experience that are getting rich off of sick people. Thank You!

BUYER BEWARE! This is a complaint about The Wellness Company and their Shipper, UniUni. First, check out their reviews on Trustpilot. My story is: In August of 2025, I decided I wanted to try The Wellness Company’s Ultimate Spike Detox. On August 22nd, I ordered and paid ($99.25) for one bottle. On August 24th, I got a message from Wellness saying that the product had been shipped and providing a UniUni tracking number. When I had received nothing by September 5th, I checked the tracking number. That showed a status of “delivery refused”. When I looked into it, I found that I had fat-fingered the shipping address … Unit 192 should have been Unit 102. I notified Wellness right away and they told me UniUni would attempt delivery again. At the same time, I discovered that my initial order was used to set up an automatic monthly order and it was set to ship to the erroneous address. Thankfully, I got that order cancelled and refunded. Unfortunately, the initial order has never been received. UniUni, again, claimed “delivery refused” and that the order had been returned to their warehouse. They provided no info on how I could get the product I paid for. The shipping address is a legitimate street address that other shippers, such as Amazon, regularly deliver to. Since then, I’ve exchanged a seemingly endless string of messages with Wellness. They have given me excuse after excuse for why they can’t help but they have provided zero customer service. Here we are, two months after I ordered and paid for the Wellness product and I have still received nothing from them.

I would give this company 0 stars if I could. I purchased supplements from The Wellness Company. Somehow it was added as a recurring purchase. After receiving a second shipment, I attempted to change the profile online to cancel the any future orders but was not able to. I attempted to contact the company, but no one answers the phone. I sent an email, but no one answers. I was finally able to get my payment information out of my profile but it was not easy.

My review is based on customer service which has been very good. TWC was very responsive and helpful.
