Tried Appetite and it simply did not work. They make it impossible to cancel so I skipped my next shipment. Of course, I forgot about it and they shipped me the next shipment without warning. Now I’m stuck paying $80 for a product that doesn’t work. After 30 minutes of digging, I used ChatGP and they stated you had to cancel through the email confirming your shipment. Found it and cancelled. Sleazy operation.

Overall experience was quick, accurate and caring!! My wife and I are quite familiar with Dr. McCullough as we have seen him on Tucker Carlson and Daystar (Ministry Now). He was brilliant at explaining not to take the Covid-19 vaccines. We trust him!! God loves him, we love him. Thank you, Tony L. Helms.

Roots Product is defective!! They do not replace defective products or send a replacement or shipping label for a return of defective product. Very disappointing and expensive products should be replaced especially when they should be allowed to return the defective product for proof!!

I ordered The Drop and did so as it appeared to be backed by doctors like Dr Peter McCullough who I trusted as a solid source in the medical field but was extremely disappointed with the product. I tried it for a month and didn’t lose a single lb. I got a text at midnight that said my next order had been placed automatically. I immediately responded with a text that said please cancel thinking I could stop it before it shipped and get refunded. I also called early the next morning and was told it had already shipped. I asked if I could return it when I received it even unopened in the box and was told there are no refunds. This is indeed bad business practices especially at the cost of the product. I would not order anything from this company and would agree they are a scam.

I had none of the problems described in reviews on this site. Since the authenticity of reviews is questionable these days, I wonder about the negative ones, as the doctors associated with this company are controversial to some politically. I do however wonder a little about the ability to receive advice from the company and whether profit is more a motivator than wellness.

The Wellness Company has been so helpful. I have ordered several items and they have all been Great! I Love having medicine to be prepared in case of illness. I also like to have the preventative meds that help keep me from becoming ill.

I took a risk and ordered a medical kit from The Wellness Company and my credit card was charged $542.69. I ordered it Sep 19. It is now Oct 31 and have heard nothing from them. I tried the contact chat form a week after the order and they said my intake form was received and I needed to wait 3 to 4 weeks for delivery. Lately, I called the 800 number and was connected to a customer service person in Colombia South America. He told me that his records showed TWC had tried to contact me but they were not able to make contact. Then he sent me an email on how to contact my assigned representative through "Charm Health Account". I did and saw where a call was logged that went out Sep 22. I checked my call logs and my phone auto spammed 3 phone calls that day. One was from a 1-800 number. I also saw multiple attempts were logged through "text". I remember getting odd texts with 5 digit numbers in the header. I NEVER click on those. They can contain viruses or worse! If that was TWC, one would think a legit company would have their company identified in the text header! What a novel idea! The records showed my contact then CLOSED MY ACCOUNT in late Sep! I'm seriously thinking I got scammed for $542.69! I doubt I will ever see the item I ordered. With so many scams going on, I'm done with these fly by night companies. They have my email address and have had it from day 1! My supposed rep that was supposed to contact me had it! What was the problem with that contact method???? I saw them advertised on a Salty Cracker podcast. Think I'll send a paid note to be read on his lives about how you will lose money with The Wellness Company and let Salty know who he us shilling for! Update: To.the reviewer that mused that the Doctors affiliated with TWC being of a particular "political" bent, you are wrong! My review has nothing to do with that. The kast statement hinting at profits and customer assistance are more accurate! Edit: 11/9/25, From your response below, you ckearly still don't get it TWC. As I said about you just ignored, saying you tried multiple times to contsct with a cryptic 5 digit headers and no company identification in your texts means people are wary to open them for to the rampant text scams trying to get people to open questionable messages. I guess you just comprehend that! And a single phone attempt using a 1-800 number gets auto spammed by many systems these days. And don't tell me the registered nurse you assigned to me via telehealth id qualified to prescribe. At least be honest in your attempt to make yourself seem the the righteous one here! Yeah. Your message "found me". Stop the gaslighting.
