While on ultimate spike detox I developed eosinophilia and a wheezy cough. I called and was advised to stop it and I would get a refund. I plan to check my blood again in December to make sure the eosinophilia clears.

I have ordered more than 6 ivermectin/mebendazole from them and have only received 4 total to date. I called and they claim they have been delivered only 4. At over $600.00 per order, I expect to get what I ordered. I have a ring on my front door, and have never had a anything, so far, taken from my front porch.

The customer service for this company is almost non-existent. The phone just continues to ring and then hangs up on you with not option to leave a message. The phone message directs you to email them, however, the email response was very delayed, vague, did not help solve my issue and to this day almost 5 days later I have not received an email to my follow-up response. I finally got the product I paid over 200 dollars for but there were not directions on dosage or how to take it, so I am unable to use it. At this point I may never get to use it because I have lost faith that I will receive a call back. Buyer beware.

Started using Ultimate Spike Detox May 2025. Good products but ZERO support. They don't answer the phone. They don't respond to messages. Honestly, just find a local naturopath doc and you'll be better off. Too bad. I've tried over and over with these folks. They are the worst.
