Above and Beyond!
After several technical issues with the computer (TWC staff worked relentlessly to address the issues), my family member was able to see the doctor and refill a needed RX. Our specialist is 4 hours away and recently left. So this helps until we can get an appointment with another specialist. The doc was straightforward, knowledgeable and pleasant. The staff worked quickly and efficiently to make the doc visit work. Very impressed. Will use again!

We are new to TWC
I an new to TWC. My experience has been excellent. Very prompt service and follow up. The medical provider reached out to me within a couple of days and was very through and helpful with their assessment. I highly recommend them.

I had a product question and emailed TWC. I received a prompt and very helpful response. Great customer service! After a lot of research I chose to start using TWC products, specifically Spike Protein Detox and the broccoli sprout supplements. I’m confident I’m on my way to better health.

You pay up front for the product first…
You pay up front for the product first and if consultation doesn’t work out, difficulty trying to get a hold of customer service when phoning in. I sent them an email for refund and asked my credit card to dispute the 600$ charge, begging for refund sucks. Go elsewhere for better service!

Disorganized and seemingly deceitful
This web based company markets as "The Wellness Company" selling branded nutritional supplements and compounded pharmaceuticals that can be obtained through tele-health intake calls, by licensed health care providers, however these medical screening calls cannot be scheduled. The nurse practitioners call at random times and if you do not pick up they leave a message, “this screening must take place in a timely manner or they will cancel the order.” The health practitioners operate through CharmHealth PHR software but do not respond to either direct messages or phone calls. The Wellness Company (calls go unanswered) as well as customer support through email in trying to request a refund. And want to add, support just reach out, for a full store credit or a refund, and requested a full card refund, so we'll see.

One month after ordering..still not received
After reading these reviews I wish I would’ve read them before placing my $500+ order on Drop and Recharge. I ordered on 10/7/25 and it is now 11/14/25. I have not received my order, no one will answer the phone nor emails or chat. I guess my next step is to dispute it with my credit card. It’s a shame. I trusted the advertisement on television.
