The Wellness CompanyReviews of twc.health

TWC offers great products without a huge overhead price. The customer service is great. The connectivity to health care provider is seamless & quick. We were very pleased with our experience & guaranteed to be repeat/return clients

UPDATE: STILL A ZERO! They promised a refund for the products I never received, however, I still have not received my refund.I submitted the information to them - no response and no refund. Very sad that a company with this status treats their customer this way. I would give them a zero if I could. I have tried for a week to contact customer support and phone without any type of response to an order that I paid for ($252.00) and NEVER received. TOTAL SCAM.I have contacted the BBB in hopes of receiving my refund. There is no "customer support" and the online "autobot" is a joke.

THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD!!! THEY DON'T STAND BY THEIR POLICY OR ADVERTISEMENT. I ORDERED WEIGHT LOSS DROPS, THEY MADE ME DEATHLY ILL. I CONTACTED THEM AND ASKED THEM NOT TO SHIP ANYMORE AND CANCEL THE MEMBERSHIP BECAUSE THEY STATED THAT ITS CANCELABLE AT ANY TIME, YET THEY REFUSED TO HONOR MY REQUEST AND SENT ANOTHER SHIPMENT OUT, CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD 500$ AND WHEN I CONTACTED THEM TO GET THE ITEM RETURNED AND REFUND ME THEY WOULD NOT AND JUST SAID TO BAD ITS YOURS!!! THIS IS A SCAM AND THESE CREEPS NEED TO BE STOPPED FROM FRAUDING INNOCENT CONSUMERS!!!

If you have any customer service issue good luck. No one ever answers and then it hangs up on you. Extremely delayed email return if you get any. Instances of overcharging and pricing changing from before completing sale to thre amount shown you got charged after hitting button to complete the sale. Outright fraud on pricing. Do not trust these people. They have cancelled the order that was mispriced, but they said this was due to an auto subscription that I was unaware of signing up for. But then where are the auto subscription items 2 weeks and a day after paying for the membership? Still stealing from me after supposedly fixing it. half a solution is not a solution. Would still tell everyone to just stay away and get items off of amazon instead - cheaper and you wont be stolen from and have to spend endless time emailing them to get them to correct their mistakes that keep impacting my wallet.

Great communication and resolved my issue quickly.

I spent good money on the product I ordered and they delivered it to the wrong address (I have photo proof and I wasn't even here). I've tried calling them several times only to have the phone literally ring for 45 minutes straight!!! Seriously!! I have sent them several emails with the picture of where their idiot delivery company placed versus where I live. NOTHING FROM THEM. No response. No replacement. No money back. NOTHING!!! This company flat out sucks!!!

Absolutely love, The wellness company they have been such a great help. Their products and supplements have truly been there for me and my family and some hard times.. Their support is always very helpful as well. I highly recommend this company and truly trust their products.

Was impossible to cancel an order or get a response from customer service. After numerous emails and several phone calls, I finally got a live person on the line. Was informed they would charge me $50 to cancel my order and refund the rest of my money. Had no choice but to tell them to do it. Will not use this company ever again 11/19/2025 I can say after posting my review the company has reached out to me and they have made things right with my refund. I do like the products they offer and if they can improve on their customer service, I would say they can be a valuable resource. The fact that they took the time to respond to me earns them 2 additional stars.
