Unacceptable
I ordered this lift cabinet on January 20th and have not received it yet. The following day I received a Norton shipment guarantee so I felt things were going to be efficient, I was wrong. Not sure if I would do business with this company again.

Dear Mr. Iacono: As per our communication, weather caused major delays in the arrival of some of our lift machines. We are terribly sorry for the delay and our customer service will continue to keep you posted. If you wish to cancel your order, please let us know and we will immediately cancel and refund 100% of your money. No questions asked. Again, please accept our apologies for the delay. Respectfully, Customer Service

Excellent product, company and service
Product and service and installation exceeded expectations. The delivery company was not the best. They did not have a dolly and scratched our marble floor. Tv lift cabinet got right on it and pressured the delivery company to repair the floor which they did. Just took 3 months of bird dogging. Tv lift cabinet was helpful. Rob the owner is a manor his word.

It's the first thing I show when giving tours of my new home addition!
The lift works flawlessly and solved the common problem of where do I put a large TV.

Amazing addition to our living area
TV Lift Cabinet is such a wonderful invention. It adds a beautiful piece to our living area without having our television displayed all the time in our room. It is easy and convenient to use whenever we want to watch tv and is used as a beautiful piece of furniture when we are not using the television. We are so glad we ordered this cabinet and would recommend it to others.

Return policy will keep you from purchasing
Ultimately, it all worked out but my first experience with TVliftcabinet.com wasn't pleasant. The kit I purchased wasn't correct and their return policy seems designed to deter you from returning. Luckily, I did a quick return and when they challenged me I had pictures to prove that I had returned the item in original shape. It also ended up costing me about $80 dollars to return the item. I would suggest knowing exactly what you need and know that it might in the end cost you about 10% of the purchase to return.

Priceless!
The best money I have ever spent. I have purchased two cabinets from TVLift. The value and enjoyment that has been added to my home is priceless. Not to have the interruption of a TV, electronic boxes and wires to an otherwise peaceful, well decorated and designed area must be experienced to fully appreciate. The craftsmanship of the furniture is unmatched. My enjoyment alone is enough to justify the purchase, an added bonus is watching my guest eyes open wide when I touch the remote.
