This Tv cabinet has been life changing!!!!!!! With the TV at he end of our bed, it's like being in the movie theater! We absolutely love it!!!!! It's made well. and well worth it!

My husband and I was shopping online for a TV lift cabinet. We found Tvliftcabinet online, we were skeptic about buying something that big online, however once I called and spoke to the customer service name Katrina Jones, she was very reassured and very professional. I placed the order and cross my fingers. The TV lift arrived as they promised, my TV fit perfectly, the color of the wood matched with all my furniture. Everyone love it when they saw how the lift work, my little niece called it the " Magic TV". Thank you, keep up the good work, you guy are the best for " online" shop.

The cabinet is good quality and the color looks great in our master bedroom. It's a bit tall for the end of our king size bed, but it still looks good and is very functional. We plan to order another one in the near future.

Although I cannot personally rate the quality of the product we received because of the weight limit, (we had to return the item as soon as we opened it and read the instruction manual and discovered the tv we had was over limit) I am still pleased with the outcome of the transaction. The product came packaged carefully and that's always nice to know. The customer service rep "Katrina" was perfect in her effort in handling the return. Thanks for your help Katrina!!

I called to find out where our order stood and was given a straight answer very quickly by the person who answered the phone. Excellent service.

Please note I am 100% delighted with our cabinet, the way it looks, and how it functions now. There were a few bumps. If the company had their own installation teams this lovely cabinet would be no brainer to recommend to anyone with discerning taste. It takes more than two delivery people to carry this piece of furniture. Both my 13 year old son and I had to help a great deal to get the cabinet into our second floor living room. That night my husband and I were able to mount the TV into the lift but it was difficult process exacerbated by the fact that two screws were blocking the lift mechanism and we kept having to move the huge cabinet to re-work these erroneous screws. The TV sat so low into the lift that you had to hold the remote above the opening to turn the TV off and the bottom of the screen was covered. We fixed this by elevating the tv but with a 65 inch TV this was quite an undertaking. Again let me reiterate we are completely delighted with the final product! It is a gorgeous way to discreetly contain a television that would otherwise dominate our family living area.

We purchased a TV cabinet and it was delivered late. I had to call to see what the issue was and why I hadn't received it. When it did arrive it was the evening before we left for vacation. When delivered I noticed it was too big and wasn't going to work. I called the company upon returning from our trip. The told me that too bad the return policy was 7 days after arrival. I explained that I had been on vacation and I just returned and had an opportunity to call and I was unaware of the 7 day policy. It isn't prominently displayed in their confirmation email. Kinda sneaky to me. I asked to speak with a supervisor. I explained the deal that it was still wrapped and wasn't moved from where the delivery guys dropped it. I offered to also split the freight cost of returning it. We just couldn't use it and wanted to return it. He asked me to take pictures and email it to them to verify it was still wrapped. After a lot of back and forth he said no he would not except it. This really frustrated me because their warehouse is less than 3 hrs from my home. It's not like it is across the country and that I had been using the item. For something this expensive for them not to work with me on returning an unused item and to split the freight was crazy to me. I even offered to pay full freight. Terrible. I would not suggest anyone to do business with this company.
