Great cabinet, great lift, great customer service. Delivery agent arrived 20 minutes late. Other than that mistake, 5 stars.

We decided we wanted NOT to have a TV visible in our living room. The TV lift cabinet was a great option. Our Bose TV presented a bit of a problem, but it was resolved creatively and without much of an issue. We have had a problem with swelling of the top that would not close completely. Several visit from a local wood "doctor" solved the problem. We are delighted with out choice. The company has worked with us easily on the small glitches.

I was delighted when I found the TV Lift Cabinet on-line because we rarely watch TV and the big screen is ugly and we don't like looking at it all the time in an otherwise very pretty room. So we see it only when we want to. The company personnel were very friendly and helpful. The man who delievered it had no helper, and he struggled to manhandle this large, heavy cabinet by himself. I warned him several times to be careful of the hardwood floors, but he ended up damaging them in several places. He offered to pay to repair the damage; we will see if he follows through. I recommend that you screen your delivery contractors more carefully, and solicit customer feedback on them. As far as the cabinet itself, it seems to need more ventilation. More slits in the back of each compartment should resolve this. I would also recommend more holes for cords, and the above slits would solve this problem. I would also recommend better directions on how to run the cables to the TV. I am still not sure I did it right, but nothing has tangled yet.

Lift works great and I would purchased again from this company. Good product, but significant documentation issues, particularly for the do it yourself installer. I purchased a residential grade mount only and would probably substitute the commercial grade in my home if I were doing it again. Residential grade is a bit flimsy for my 60 inch set. One plastic bracket broke during test operation, but manufacturer was quick to replace it. Installation manual parts list did not closely match hardware supplied, But manufacturer assured me I had all needed hardware and they were correct for their part.

My TV Lift cabinet is of very high quality and looks beautiful in my living room. The one and only complaint is that it is "redder" than it appeared in the online photos. I should have ordered the sample color ahead of time but it probably wouldnt have made any difference in whether I ordered it, only would have helped me be ready for the fairly "red" color of the finish when I was expecting brown.

Please note I am 100% delighted with our cabinet, the way it looks, and how it functions now. There were a few bumps. If the company had their own installation teams this lovely cabinet would be no brainer to recommend to anyone with discerning taste. It takes more than two delivery people to carry this piece of furniture. Both my 13 year old son and I had to help a great deal to get the cabinet into our second floor living room. That night my husband and I were able to mount the TV into the lift but it was difficult process exacerbated by the fact that two screws were blocking the lift mechanism and we kept having to move the huge cabinet to re-work these erroneous screws. The TV sat so low into the lift that you had to hold the remote above the opening to turn the TV off and the bottom of the screen was covered. We fixed this by elevating the tv but with a 65 inch TV this was quite an undertaking. Again let me reiterate we are completely delighted with the final product! It is a gorgeous way to discreetly contain a television that would otherwise dominate our family living area.

I was immediately struck by the beauty of the Nantucket cabinet. I recommend the tec install, and was very pleased with my tec experience. I have owned the cabinet for about 5 months and one negative I noticed is that the wood lift top portion of the cabinet is becoming somewhat warped and does not sit flush to the cabinet anymore. It is not terribly noticeable when in the down position, but still I am surprised by it.
