Excellent product.
Very pleased with the unit. The delivery men and the installer were very professional, answered all my questions, and cleaned up afterwards. I highly recommend this product.

Poor uality products
First cabinet delivered was damaged and had to be returned. Replacement cabinet has loose drawer and the top does not close properly. Given the poor quality of the products, I will not be recommending or purchasing anything from the company.

Fine, except we thought it was solid wood rather than veneer over cheap chipboard

Dear Sir: I sorry our product appears to not be solid wood but I can 100% assure you that this cabinet is built by our Amish Craftsmen in Ohio and every ounce of wood comes from the East Coast and contains zero chipboard. We do use plywood sparingly only where we must for structure. Regardless, our plywood is laminated solid wood. Feel free to call me anytime to discuss. Thank you very much, Customer Service - Rob

One of the best investments for an entertainment center.
We just love this cabinet. It allows a 60" flat screen to fit inside. It works perfectly, and, the price compared to a custom cabinet is quite a bit less. It's a very nice addition to our remodeled house.

Double Check prices
Customer service personell were very friendly but the discount coupon on the web site is wrong even though it lets you check out using the coupon , you then get a call saying you owe more money and they have to run tour card again. You should really fix that, because if it wasn;t for the fact that I needed this and did not have time to find another one, I would have cancelled my order.
Response from TVLiftCabinet.comFeb 24, 2014
Dear Sir, We are sorry for the fact that our site accepted a coupon that clearly stated it was for a product of $1499.00 or greater yet you were able to use it on a product for less. We are fixing our programming issues as I type this. Respectfully, Customer Service

Good product with a few minor flaws mostly resolved by manufacturer
Lift works great and I would purchased again from this company. Good product, but significant documentation issues, particularly for the do it yourself installer. I purchased a residential grade mount only and would probably substitute the commercial grade in my home if I were doing it again. Residential grade is a bit flimsy for my 60 inch set. One plastic bracket broke during test operation, but manufacturer was quick to replace it. Installation manual parts list did not closely match hardware supplied, But manufacturer assured me I had all needed hardware and they were correct for their part.

Excellent
Product was delivered on time or early. The quality of the cabinet and finishes was better than anticipated. The TV Lift cabinet is a very good value. I priced many other cabinets & none came close to the workmanship & pricing. I would highly recommend this company & product.
