BEWARE - TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! Appalled at the horrible customer service experience here. I was excited to find this company and their pure products. I ordered an expensive sheet set and blanket - which I NEVER received. I contacted Turmerry multiple times and although I would sometimes get a short reply saying, "Well take care of it"... no one ever did take care of anything. They didn't even reply back. Even phone calls got me nowhere. BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE - this could definitely happen to you too. Apparently I'm out a couple hundred dollars and am left with leaving this review as my only consolation :(((

Husband and I rate the new mattress with 4.5 and both agree it should work into a 5 star purchase. We are getting used to this style from what he had, a conventional mattress. We were very happy the way it arrived and we could put the king size pieces up the stairs and build it. We are both sensitive to out gassing and found this totally acceptable. We like it firm but soft is nice so we are working it out on medium.

There needs to be a star lower than 1. This company or whatever they call themselves does messy business. If you have a problem with your order, don't worry about trying to get it resolved. All they want and care about is your money. They will not try to resolve your issue. Please spread the word on all Social Media outlets. And if you or you know of anyone who has had a problem with them, please contact me so we can start a classaction lawsuit against them for making false promises and not delivering. I ordered a $69 buckwheat pillow at the beginning of March 2021. The add indicated that the pillow was in stock. On the last day of March 2021still no pillow. The pillow was supposed to be a gift for an ill person. I was hoping to bring relief to a suffering soul. So disappointed and do not EVER recommend purchasing from Turmerry. Bob Chitren Galloway, NJ

Ordered a pillow on March 6th. Charged card immediately but never received any shipping. After about 10 days inquired (they claim to ship within 2 days or so). Replied they didn't know when it would ship but said most likely 3-5 days. Still nothing and it's the end of March. Terrible customer service. If they don't have the items in stock, they should let the customer know immediately. Will not try ordering again and asked for refund.

I recommend Turmerry if you are looking to buy a complete latex mattress set or just a single latex topper. My mattress set arrived in 2 days and was made using quality materials. The price was fair and was lower then other e latex mattress sellers. 5 stars!

This topper has made such a difference! I had years of unexplained hip pain (X-ray was OK) that I did not associate with my old too-soft memory foam topper and I am thrilled to find it is completely gone since I switched to this latex topper. Fibromyalgia gives me a "princess and the pea" existence and even though this is just a touch too firm, it is SO much better all around. Doesn't make me too hot or cold and I really appreciate that it comes with a cover. No odor on unpacking or later either.

I would not wear the masks they sent me. They are thinner than paper masks and you can see daylight through them, which the CDC says is a test on whether the mask is effective. If there’s a filter in there it was invisible. They were the birdy masks and the fabric was bleached, didn’t seem organic. I also ordered the paper masks and some were faulty, with crooked layers. They refunded me without any trouble at all and told me I could simply discard the masks.
