I had a tenant that was having trouble signing a lease. I sent them an email and danny responded but seemed more interested in closing the support call than helping the tenant or myself. Very poor customer service

I am giving them a 1 star because it is difficult to reach a human representative when you call TurboTenant. It directs you back to the support email. So they are banking on having a good system, but when I have an issue like now, I can reach a human being over the phone. Only when you have issues you realize that this type of customer service is horrible.

A garbage company that suspended my landlord account for no reason and refuses to respond to numerous emails which is the only way to contact them

I applied for an apartment using it and the landlord wasn't able to view the application nor was I after submitting it. I ended up having to re-submit a second application via email. Then TurboTenant refused to refund me or acknowledge that there was an access error.

Thanks for your review, Psi. I was able to look into your account and see only one application fee was paid, and the application was submitted successfully. As mentioned by Customer Support: Once an applicant agrees to our terms of service, including agreeing that all fees are non-refundable and an application is successfully submitted, we incur third-party costs and therefore are unable to provide a refund.

Turbotenant was a crucial part of managing our rental from finding leads, screening and onboarding. Tenants have also found it very to use and our utilizing the messages feature which is great. I do not collect rent through the platform but it is a great way to keep track of Zelle payments and send invoices/reminders. Some improvements can be a separate application feature that doesn’t need the screening. This will help Landlords to first check the application and see if the Tenant is a good fit without asking them to pay for screening.
