Really upset at the fact that they don't have a proper customer service team. I would have considered using their services but after my experience with just email after email sent and no response. I would never give them my money. I posted a house for rent. They emailed asking me for additional information i.e. utility bills or property tax. Since this is an ADU I sent over the utility bills I have in my name. After I had sent them what they requested they suspended my account. I contacted them 3 times via the email they provide to assistance as I had sent them what they needed. Absolutely NO response. I had an issue with apartments.com and they responded so quickly, I was surprised but in a good way. I guess I will use their services since TurboTenant can't be professional and respond to emails since they don't have a phone number available on their website.

They charge way to much to make a payment using a debit card an extra 30 dollars is way to much for a middle man I understand you got to make money too but your only making it harder on the renters… how about you charge the landlords an not us renters smh a real legit way to rip people off

I like the "pre screener information" That really helps. Also, I am impressed by how many leads I have gotten from your process. I will always use Turbo Tenant for my apartment listings!!!!!

The single pane of glass view of a landlord is simply amazing.

The pre screening device is very useful. The fact that you send it to those who respond to the post clarifying the need to do it is very good. The cost of the application is a negative to prospective tenants.

I love the ease of this site. To listing the home for rent, to the application process, to the lease, to collecting rent payments, etc. It is truly an all in one site for property investors. I wish I had this years ago.
