Beautiful dresses
Beautiful dresses. Only needed minor alterations. Had to remove cap sleeves because they weren't made long enough to sit nicely on shoulders. They still looked amazing! Thank you Sophie and team.

Do not buy from here! I saw a few of the bad reviews and decided to anyways - big mistake. While the dresses turned out ok, and seemed to be of quality material, most of them did not fit. I ordered a maternity size dress for my sister, who will be 7 months along at my wedding, and they added NO extra material to it. They were also supposed to build in an extra inch around the waist that could be let out, but most of the dresses didn't have this. They are super inflexible about any issues I had, and was somehow supposed to let them know within 2 days of receiving the dresses if something didn't fit (even though I had bridesmaids who live 4 hours away from me).

I have had amazing service from Tulle and Chantilly so far! I have had prompt email responses from Sophie, and she even caught that I had ordered 2 dresses by accident and offered me a refund. I hadn't even noticed as my credit card is prepaid. I have not received my dress yet, as I knew my body would change due to baby so they allowed me to get back to them at a later date and even made adjustments to my size for the coming months of belly growth. I decided that I would post a review now as some of these reviews were the exact opposite of my own experience. I have faith that I will receive my dress in time for my sister's wedding. Thank you T&C, and Sophie.

Do not order from here. I had ordered from Tulle & Chantilly in early January of 2018. I never received my order (weeks later than they promised) and when I contacted them they kept telling me to talk to DHL their shipping service. I spent another few weeks on the phone with them only for them to refer me back to T&C for a refund. It took another 3 weeks to receive my refund. They operate in China (only email back at 6am) and their emails are short, vague, and unhelpful. Just last month their rating on this website was a 2.5, and suddenly it's flooded with positive reviews. All saying the same thing "I was so happy! My girls loved the dresses! SOPHIE (their "customer service rep" was SO HELPFUL" It's not that I doubt this company ships things out, but it feels to me like the poor quality Chinese dress manufacturers that are flooding the market now. They do not send the same quality dresses they advertise. Stay away.

Their customer service is terrible. -it took a month to receive the product -when I got the product, it was the wrong items -I've been emailing Sophie, their contact person, for the past 13 days with minimal response (I've emailed them 5 times over multiple days with only 2 responses) -Sophie's response to me getting the wrong product was that she would ask their QC department to look into it--I got no response for 7 days so had to follow up -Sophie finally responded to my follow up with the DHL tracking number to the package that had ALREADY been delivered to me, as if she couldn't be bothered to read our previous emails. If you can't tell, I'm severely disappointed with their customer service.

I ordered a bridesmaid's dress in a custom size (for which I paid extra). I was very clear and accurate in my measurements and even e-mailed back and forth a few times to confirm they understood them. It took three months before the dress arrived. The dress looks good at first sight. The bodice fits well, but it turns out they messed up the length: the dress is several inches too long. I have e-mailed 'Sophie' repeatedly about this but was told that I measured wrong! I showed them by linking back to their own size-chart and measurements information that the measurements I provided were accurate, and that the dress was not made to my length measurement. I requested a partial refund because they did not make the dress to the measurements I provided. Initially they did not understand/acknowledge that they made an error with regards to the dress length, but after sending photos with a measuring tape and a schematic photo showing where they misused a measurement, eventually they agreed to give me a partial refund, which they transferred to my account. This refund will go towards getting the dress altered at a local tailor. I don't know if three months is normal for a bridesmaid's dress to arrive, but it was well in time for the event--please order well in advance (my order was placed over four months in advance). The dress looks good but when you look inside/in more detail, some things are a bit unfinished (some seams are just stitched, not finished using an overlocker). Communication after I notified them of their error was tough. Their messages were polite but they didn't understand or acknowledge the mistake initially, so it took several e-mails back and forth to get to an agreement on a partial refund. I am pleased they did provide me with a partial refund, but I would have preferred the dress was made according to all my measurements. The experience was thus not what I was hoping for. I haven't heard about any other issues with the other bridesmaids (of this event), so hopefully this was just my bad luck :(.

I have never reviewed a company online before, but I felt strongly enough about Tulle & Chantilly to do so. This is a SKETCHY company that is posing as an American company but they are located in China and have POOR customer service. The are unresponsive to emails and when they do respond it's in broken English and they use fake names (i.e. Sophie is not a real person and she is the one "messaging" you). We ordered bridesmaids skirts in January for an April 28th wedding and we have recently been told they will arrive April 15th. We are having to come up with backup bridesmaids options and this whole thing is a mess. Do not waste your time ordering from this site, do your research if a site seems too good to be true.
