I love the colour of the dress! As well as the fit of the top it is perfect and snug to my bust and waist! I was offered a custom fit at no extra charge and it was very well done. My only complaint is that the dress is a couple of inches shorter than the measurement that I gave for the hollow to hem for the custom measurement. I still really like it on, and the bride is happy with the length so overall it worked out!

The customer service is a 5 out of 5 for sure!! They make sure the sizing is correct and are simply so kind and caring! The dress comes fairly quickly, Colour is exact as shown online, i had to get some alterations done due to ordering up a size but other than that, amazing!

Dress is very nice, the color wasn't exactly what was shown online, a little brighter, but still works.

The dress was easy to buy and reasonably priced. My only complaint....I feel like their should have been options on the skirt length. I understand its easier to make a standard length, but the seamstresses are chopping off so much length that the fabric gets wasted. I think there could just be a better option for the skirt lengths like their are for hips/bust/waist....My thought is, if someone wants to error on the side of extra long because of their heel height, they could by a dress that is X inches in length, but if a buyer knows the heel is only 1-2 inches high and they are only 5-5.5 ft tall, there is no need to buy a dress that is drowning them, just to cut off and waste the material. I am sure there is a give and take in your business and its cheaper to lose material than it is to pay someone to be more intricate in their hems since that could cause longer lead times. But maybe a 2 length option for each size range could be the compromise. This is just my observations with dresses as whole. Overall the dress experience was easy and would use again if needed!!!

Posted originally to say I had an initial horrible interaction with the company. The dresses (ordered 7 at over 140$ each) for my bridesmaids and they came and fit terribly! Cost of alterations ranged from 150$ for the best fitting dress to several hundreds for the others. Due to this the company has responded positively and is being flexible and willing to help. I’m appreciative they are providing good customer service even if the beginning experience was a challenge. Make sure you measure appropriately and be prepared for the specific style I ordered go need alterations.

Six of my bridesmaids ordered dresses from here. Five of the six for perfectly (aside from needing to be hemmed) and the sixth is too big and simply needs to be taken in. The dresses are high quality material and look great. I am doing mismatched purples and the shades all look really nice together. I was looking for an affordable option that was still unique and came in a variety of shades of purple. I don't discount the bad experiences other people have had (I was panicking until everyone got theirs in), but I am ultimately happy with everyone's dresses.
