Do not buy from Tulle & Chantilly. You cannot return the dresses at all! The website says that you can return the dress and yes, technically you can return the dress however the dresses come from China and the cost to ship them back is over $200, more than I paid for the original dress. When I asked to return, they said "what about take them to a seamstress to check if they can be altered in your local place?" The color and tulle was completely wrong and now I am stuck with multiple dresses that I won't be using. Do your research and buy from somewhere else!

Dress did not come at all like it was described. And per the recommendation of the customer service, they added an inch to the waist which made a standard dress "custom" and then voided any potential to return. They won't offer any return for the dress and told me to try and sell it and order another. Don't order!!! So many other sites out there that are better.

My friend (the bride) was disappointed that of 6 bridesmaids, 4 of us received skirts and tops that did not fit and were all too big. I had ordered two tops to see which would work best and both were a bust —The color of the fabric was unlike the online pictures (stark white vs a soft ivory/off white), the fabric was cheap and itchy and both looked unflattering and baggy on me - they weren’t cheap and now I had to add the cost of alterations. But one of the tops was so oddly made and cut short that I had no way to fix the gapping neckline. The Customer Service team required pictures proving my dissatisfaction, which required a lot of my time and wasted time at that because even then they talk you into paying more because they do not actually stand by any satisfaction guarantee. You essentially have to bargain with them to be satisfied ... it’s very frustrating. I felt forced to reorder and essentially buy the tops again. ABOUT RETURNS They will discourage you from returning items you’re unhappy with because though the company is in California, the dresses are made and shipped from China. The Customer Service rep discouraged me from returning the items even though I was unhappy with them because the shipping was on me and would be very expensive back to China. So though they say you can return things, essentially it’s impossible—very misleading. I would not recommend anyone in the US use this company - it’s too big a chance with an unreliable outcome.

I recently bought a dress that was under the “Maternity Bridesmaid Dresses” tab. I ordered a size 10 based off my bust size because I’m pregnant and hip and waist measurements don’t apply to someone who’s pregnant and keeps changing sizes. Well my dress did not fit over my belly. It wouldn’t zip. After a few back and forth emails with a rep from Tulle, she finally admitted in an email that they could not guarantee the dress would have fit me even if I had ordered a size up or provided hip and waist measurements like they wanted. So if you are pregnant DO NOT buy from this company. The dress is beautiful but doesn’t fit and even after alterations is still tight around my belly. Let me save you the hassle...if you’re expecting don’t buy from them.

The quality of the fabric of the dress was really poor (cheap fabric not according to the price paid). It was shipped from China, not USA as expected (American website). Despite providing all the measurements and confirming them with the company the dress was too tight and short

This company is a fraud. I received a dress that is very cheap material, doesn’t fit right AT ALL and the slit comes up to my hips. The number I called does not have a way to leave a message and when I tried contacting the company via email, I got an automatic response that they will be out until Labor Day. That is in September and it is May.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING from this company. I had a very poor first impression with them and their communication/customer service is terrible. You will also see a surprise international transaction fee on your bank statement too- something that they do not tell you about. I will NOT be buying anything from them due to this. Save yourself a headache and heartache with trying to work with this overseas company- not worth your time or stress. As a bride, you should enjoy this journey and not deal with terrible companies such as this.

Without including the very long story of my purchase, missing/incorrect items, and a fight for a refund. I WILL say this... When I first had this experience I started posting honest and real reviews about how my process was handled. At the time, they had a 2.5 trust pilot review. After a lot of reviews by myself and others, all of the sudden the reviews shot up to all be positive. All of the positive ones are very similar ("As a bride I was nervous", "Sophie was excellent!!", "dresses are beautiful!") and came in huge waves after a lot of negative ones. Knowing all it takes to write a Trust Pilot review is an account with an email address, it is very easy to flood this page. Not only is that bad enough, but I kept getting Tulle & Chantilly sponsored ads on Facebook-- I didn't even follow them. Every time I saw one (which was weekly) I would write a comment with my experience to let other potential customers know. After maybe 3 of these instances, I was blocked from their page. BLOCKED FROM COMMENTING ON ANYTHING ON THEIR PAGE. Please do not overlook the fact that they do not have Facebook OR Google reviews. They only have Trust Pilot because it's the easiest to spam with fake positive experiences. While there may be some actual humans who have gotten a decent order, I can confirm after seeing the dresses that they are not worth saving a little bit of money. Azazie is where I got my bridesmaids dresses (prices range from $100-$130) and they were beautiful and an actual legit company. Please please please do not order from a company that silences honest reviews!
