So we ordered 4 dresses for my bridesmaid in November. I put my event date as March 10. This gave them 5 months. I assumed we’d get our dresses in February, but NO. The dresses arrived March 7!!! 3 days before I needed them. My girls needed alterations. I emailed the store 30 times before getting a decent response. On top of that, we ordered robes. All matching, all pink. They sent one navy one. What was I supposed to do with a navy robe that didn’t match anyone or the wedding colors. This store/site made my wedding planning more stressful then it should have been. The dresses came in good and nice and I like them.

I purchased “v neck long chiffon bridesmaid dress” for my bridesmaids and every dress looks amazing. All my bridesmaids have tried and they fit perfectly (a little longer but easy to fix). I am so pleased with the quality of the dresses and the color was so beautiful. Sophie was very helpful and patient throughout the communication. She helped me to choose the right color and I decided on “dusty rose”. I was a little worried at first, but the color was more beautiful than expected. The only issue was the dresses took more time to arrive, but everything else was perfect!

Very great customer service. Was very helpful in answering any questions, dresses looked exactly as shown on website , beautiful color ( Mint Blue). I would order from them again :-)

The dresses are amazing! Great quality and beautiful color. We ordered the dresses in custom sizing, but the dresses arrived ahead of schedule and fit my girls perfectly like a glove. All my bridesmaids extremely happy with their dresses. Will difinitely use this site again!

If zero stars could be given, I'd do that. My fiancée ordered outfits for her bridesmaids for our wedding from Tulle and Chantilly and the experience has been awful. The website advertised 4-5 weeks for delivery, and it has now been 8 weeks and we have nothing. My fiancée has emailed them many times, and Sophie the customer service rep is very wishy-washy about delivery, not ever giving us a set date for delivery, even hinting the clothes weren't even done (8 weeks after ordering......). Apparently from other reviews on this site, this is a consistent problem. They're not worth the time of day, let alone your business.

I ordered a custom dress and gave them extensive and generous measurements in the areas I know I always have trouble with on dresses. The dress showed up clearly with none of these measurements taken into account and is several inches from fitting in a number of areas, even though I’ve lost weight since I gave them the oversized measurements. Now I’m going to have to spend extra to get it altered and hope the seamstress can get it at least to a wearable point before the wedding. Since the company is in China I don’t have enough time to send it back for a new one, not that it seems like they would take it anyway. If you’re looking to order a dress, I would highly recommend using a company that will actually let you try on the dress style first and care whether or not they make a dress that fits.

I received the dress today & it’s beautiful & fits perfectly! Thank you Tulle & Chantilly!!! The dusty blue color is exactly what my sister (the bride) and I want. After place the order, they send me an email with details listed and Sophie suggested making custom size (no extra fee). I followed their measurement and give Sophie my sizes & then confirmed the order information. The order was placed on Jan. 4th and received today. Thank you!!!

I wanted to say thank you so much to everyone at Tulle & Chantilly for sending me the most beautiful bridesmaid's dress!! My sister in law loves the dress and the colour (it is for her wedding), and the dress fits absolutely perfectly. The dress is a little long, so I will need to have it shortened a bit. Thank you so much for the amazing customer service and incredible shopping experience. If I ever need a bridesmaid's dress again I will definitely use one from you!! I would suggest girls to follow their measurements carefully since it's a little bit difference with other sizes. Then you'll get the perfect dresses.
