The product is great but the ordering process is very unclear. When I got my first shipment it was froze cause I didn't know it was coming. I referred to other people so im keeping with it a second month but so far no answer to when will be shipped or if on time.
Response from ShedFeb 23, 2026
Thank you again for your feedback — we truly appreciate you sticking with us and for referring others. We’re sorry the process has felt unclear and understand how frustrating that experience must have been. For your current shipment, please reach out through your patient portal so our care team can provide a status update. Also, please note that tracking information is automatically sent via text message once your order leaves the pharmacy’s facility. If you haven’t received a tracking text, our team can look into that for you right away. We’re here to help and want to make this a smooth experience moving forward!

I do not normally leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to share my experience. I subscribed to Shed on January 22nd and had my provider appointment on January 30th. As of today (February 20th), I still have not received my prescribed medication. I contacted customer service requesting a refund since no product has been provided. I was told that, according to the terms of service, I am not eligible for a refund — and that I am also required to pay for the next month’s subscription despite not receiving medication. Another concern is that the company requested and strongly encouraged me to leave a review before I had even spoken to a provider. At that time my only interaction had been signing up, so I left a “so far so good” review. Looking back, I now understand why they push for early reviews. I have now paid for a service I have not received, cannot obtain a refund, and am being charged again. I would strongly advise anyone considering this service to carefully read the cancellation and billing policies before enrolling. I hope this helps others make an informed decision.
