Response time is super quick. I like how they explained the program to me and all that it entails. Jamaica was so kind asking me if I had an questions and welcomed me to shed. I look forward to working with this team

Michael was kind and respectful on the…
Michael was kind and respectful on the phone. It was a fast call as I was at work, and he kept it short and to the point. I gave it 4 stars not because of Michael, he was a five but because i received two calls back-to-back and missed the first one so I called back and no one answered and then they called back. It was just odd process but hey it worked!
