I enrolled in their program a couple weeks ago. Shipment came timely. No problems with the product. Seems to be working already. Here is my concern- the VERY NEXT day after giving Shed my phone number, address and other personal information, I began being inundated with scammer text messages. 3,4,5,6 or more every day. Maybe a coincidence, but I’m not a big believer in that. I’m more inclined to believe mt information was shared/and or obtained surreptitiously. Even after I contacted Shed to express my concerns, I never actually got a human to contact me in regards to my concerns. Just boilerplate emails from their “AI” chat bot. The scam texts have gotten so bad, I have actually given credence to changing my number.

It was simple to get approved and I feel great knowing that my weight lose journey is about to begin.

This was almost too easy to get the Rx. If you already know this is what you want, have looked into it, but it will not be covered by insurance, you can easily get meds this way. Weight-loss meds require prior authorization under my insurance, and I wouldn't meet the requirements, so I went with shed. You just input your numbers, and you'll get approved. There was no real process. The call was just a script that welcomed me and told me to use the website. I was approved in under 12 hours.

The reviews state how easy it is to get approved and I will agree that's true. I was optimistic in the beginning too. Now that Ive been on the program for awhile, I think the strength of the formula is questionable. I was previously on a GLP1 through a med spa and had great results. We moved across the country with no med spa nearby so I tried shed. I'm 6 weeks in and my dose is almost double what I used before but still no weight loss and no noticeable appetite suppression. I've read they changed their source and others have described the same experience since that changed. I'm canceling my subscription as its honestly been a waste of money IMO

They have taken payment for 3 months and have not sent any meds. They speak with you via text. State they have no phone number. Worst customer service!! Would not recommend!

I was a customer for many months and everything was great until last month. I moved to a new house and called to update my address. The address was never updated in their system and my package was rerouted back to the shipper. They offered me no free replacment even though I pay $300 per month and now am out of my medication and 300 is down the drain for last month. My husband heard my whole conversation when I was changing our address but Shed can't seem to find the call recording. They also recently got rid of their call customer service so you can only email them. Their support is extremely unhelpful. They've already charged me for next month so as soon as I get my package, I will be cancelling and find another provider. Not a good way to keep customers who pay a lot of money and would have continued to be a loyal customer for years.
