I missed a call from Shed, so I called back and was happy that Mike answered on the second ring! He explained the process about refills, and answered my questions. I’ve used another Telehealth company and never got a phone call, and when I tried calling them with questions, a recording stated to send a text. So for Shed, I give a 5 star rating!
