Hi Dylan, It sounds like you’ve already put your Ravines through some serious field time! We’re especially glad the adjustable tips have kept them comfortable through dove season and the teal opener, while the amplification lets you stay tuned in to what’s happening around you without feeling like you’re wearing hearing protection. And coming home from those hunts without the usual ringing is exactly the kind of experience we hope to provide. Wishing you many more memorable days in the field! Regards, Malcolm Social Media Team

Hi there, We’re glad to hear the Ravines have been a great match for your indoor range sessions! Having a secure, comfortable fit can make such a difference, so it’s great that the variety of fitting options helped you get them dialed in. And being able to leave bulky earmuffs behind while still feeling protected makes the experience that much easier. We appreciate you putting them through multiple range trips and sharing how they’ve been working for you! Regards, Ace Social Media Team

Hi Steve, What an incredible real-world test! We love hearing that the earbuds helped you pick up the deer before anyone else noticed it, while also giving you confidence around loud bolt-action rifles at the range. Your experience with the pistol range is especially striking—being able to catch something others missed speaks to how valuable situational awareness can be. We’re also glad the foam tips worked well for you. We really appreciate you putting the earbuds through both hunting and range use and sharing such a detailed perspective! Hi Jerry, We truly appreciate you sharing your experience with us. It’s wonderful to hear that the Ravines have given you a better alternative to the foam plugs you’ve relied on for years, and we’re especially touched that you chose to get sets for your son and granddaughter as well. Knowing that our product is helping you enjoy shooting while also taking steps to protect your family’s hearing is incredibly meaningful to our team. We’re thrilled they turned out even better than you expected, and we hope all three of you get plenty of use and enjoyment from them! Regards, Ace Social Media Team

Hi Phil, Thank you for sharing your experience and for pointing out the areas that could be improved. We understand that having more control over the ambient listening level would be useful, and we also recognize how important a secure, comfortable fit is when wearing the earbuds for extended periods. We’re glad the battery performance and overall value have been working well for you. We also checked our records to see whether you had previously contacted our support team about the fit or volume concern, but we couldn’t locate a conversation using only the name associated with your review. If you’re still having trouble keeping the earbuds securely in place or have any other concerns, please reach out to our support team at [email protected]. We’d be happy to help you find the best fit possible. Regards, Malcolm Social Media Team

Hi Joel, Thank you for sharing such a detailed look at your experience with the FieldOps Pro! It’s great to hear they’re helping you pick up more of the sounds around you in the woods while keeping louder noises comfortably reduced. We’re also glad the different ear tip options allowed you to find the style that works better for you, and it’s wonderful to hear the battery has been holding up so well. As for the small windscreen pieces, they’re designed to go over the microphone openings on the earbuds to help reduce wind noise. We agree that this could be explained much more clearly in the instructions, and we appreciate you pointing that out. We’ll make sure your feedback is passed along to our team. Thank you again for choosing Ravine and for the 10/10 rating. We hope your FieldOps Pro continues to be a great companion on your hunts! Regards, Ace Social Media Team
