Hi Joe, We’re truly grateful that you took the time to share your experience. Hearing that Ravine has helped make shooting enjoyable for you again, especially after your past experience with a rifle shot, means a great deal to our team. It’s wonderful to know you find them so comfortable that you barely notice they’re in your ears, while still appreciating the enhanced sound pickup. Your confidence in recommending Ravine to fellow shooters is an incredible compliment, and we’re honored to be part of your shooting experience. Thank you for choosing Ravine and for sharing such meaningful feedback with us! Regards, Malcolm Social Media Team

Hi there, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback! We’re thrilled to hear that you’ve been enjoying the product, especially during your time at both indoor and outdoor ranges. Knowing that you find them more comfortable and convenient compared to heavy muffs means a lot to us. We also truly appreciate your honest feedback about the shipping time. We understand how frustrating a longer-than-expected delivery can be, and we’re continuing to look for ways to improve the shipping experience. Thank you again for your support and for choosing Ravine. We’re grateful to have you as a customer! Regards, Malcolm Social Media Team

Hi Thomas, We appreciate you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you feel the noise reduction did not meet your expectations. We also noticed that we received your email regarding this concern, and it’s disappointing to see this review before we’ve had the opportunity to respond and properly assist you. We understand that you may have questions about our return policy, but we’re unsure how you were able to conclude that we do not accept returns when you had not yet received a response from our Support Team regarding your specific situation. If you have questions about our return policy or whether your order qualifies for a return, we encourage you to allow our Support Team the opportunity to provide you with the correct information based on your order and circumstances. We would be happy to clarify the policy and address your concerns directly rather than having you make a conclusion before receiving the information from us. We appreciate your feedback and hope you’ll give us the opportunity to properly assist you. Regards, Ace Social Media Team

Please reach out to our support team with those details, and they’ll be glad to assist you directly. Regards, Malcolm Social Media Team
