Used my new Ravine pro ear buds at the range with my 1911 pistol. Very pleased with foam tips’ noise suppression and also liked the easy switch from quiet to loud on the ambient sound.

Buyers stick to the process...
Purchase and Fit:
I purchased these earbuds because they came with a risk-free, 30-day money-back guarantee. Unfortunately, they did not fit my ears properly, so I never had the opportunity to use them.
Return and Support Experience:
I followed the return instructions on tryravine.com and emailed the support team. Due to a communication issue, they did not receive the first four or so emails I sent. After I posted a less-than-stellar review, the team contacted me to ask what had happened. Once we resolved the communication issue, I explained the fit problem. As expected, the support team asked me to complete several troubleshooting steps. After those steps were completed, they approved my request. To be fair, once I connected with a support representative by email, the process was straightforward and easy to manage.
Advice for Other Customers:
If you are experiencing a similar issue, stay with the process. It ultimately worked for me.

They do not stay in while shooting.
If you put it in 4x mode all you get is static blasting in you ear or white noise. You can hear voices good in clear voice mode. I am having a hard time keeping them in my ears when i shoot, will be trying the foam ones next. The blue tooth connection works well for calls and music. Return policy is a joke. If you try them you own them, it says they have to be in the same condition with all tags to return. My head muffs with voice amplification sound are 10 times better and they are 20 years old! I really wanted to like these and I cant keep them in my ears, will give them one more try this week with the medium foam ear plugs and update this review if I can keep them in. They do muffle the gun shot quite a bit if you can keep them in.

I have issues with getting ear buds to…
I have issues with getting ear buds to fit and these are no exception. Until I’m comfortable with them at home I won’t take a chance wearing them shooting.
