After I purchased they immediately reached out via text to check in with me to make sure the address was correct and shipping would go smoothly. Far more impressed than I thought they would be, I could hear the ducks wings flapping before they flew up on us and could hear the quacks behind the weeds and could hear where they are! Not to mention no ringing in my ears at all, the sound deadening is impressive. Highly recommend!! Just ordered 5 more! Very comfortable and you can even play music on them at the same time. Comfortable as well!

I ordered 5 of the hunting ear buds and they arrived promptly. My son came over and I told him about them and he said “Mom, Steve (his brother) just ordered five for Christmas” for the hunters in the family. I immediately filled out a return and emailed it to them. My package had not been opened. Their ad says 30 day return guaranteed from delivered date. I did not hear anything, so a couple of days later I sent another request to return. No response. I do not understand how you can have a 30 day return window and then not reply. I hope this isn’t “one of those” scam companies.

Great customer service. My order was missing the unit # for my apartment, they reached out to me to confirm, and it was fixed in no time. Also gave me a bonus discount code for my buddies!
