Hi Joseph, It’s wonderful to hear that the enhanced sound feature is helping you notice details that may have been easy to miss before. After spending so many years in a manufacturing environment, we can imagine how meaningful it is to have greater awareness of the sounds around you in everyday settings. We’re excited for you to eventually put them to the test in the woods and on the range. Thank you for sharing your early experience with us, and we hope they continue to be a valuable part of your outdoor adventures! Regards, Malcolm Social Media Team

Hi Dave, Thank you for sharing your concerns. We understand how frustrating it can be when the Bluetooth audio isn’t delivering the level of sound you expected, especially for calls and music. Our team previously reached out to request a few additional details so we could better investigate what may be causing the issue, but unfortunately, we haven’t heard back from you yet. Without those details, we haven’t been able to determine what may be affecting the Bluetooth volume or audio quality. If you’re still experiencing the same problem, we strongly encourage you to contact our support team at [email protected]. We’d be glad to take another look and work with you toward a resolution. Hi Cleve, Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed experience with the FieldOps Pro! We love hearing that you picked up a set for the whole family and have found plenty of uses for them beyond the range—from workouts to yardwork. It’s also great to know the different ear tip options have helped with comfort and fit. We especially appreciate you sharing your experience with indoor ranges. Sound environments can vary significantly, and using additional hearing protection indoors is a smart precaution. Your thoughtful feedback will be helpful to other customers deciding what setup works best for their own needs. We’re grateful to have your family as part of the Ravine community and hope your FieldOps Pros continue to serve you well! Regards, Malcolm Social Media Team

Hi Rodney, Thank you for sharing your honest take on the fit and profile. We’re glad to hear the earbuds are performing well overall, while we completely understand that their size and how far they sit outside the ear can affect the experience. We checked to see whether you had previously reached out to our support team about the fit concern, but we weren’t able to find a conversation using only the name associated with your review. If you’re having any ongoing issues or would like help finding the most secure and comfortable fit, please contact our support team at [email protected]. We’ll be happy to assist. We also appreciate your suggestion about a more compact, low-profile design. Feedback like this is valuable as we continue working on future improvements. Regards, Ace Social Media Team

Hi John, What a great first outing to put your Ravines to the test! We’re glad to hear they kept the shots comfortably muffled while still allowing you to pick up the sounds of songbirds from 50 yards away. That balance between protection and awareness is exactly what makes time in the field more enjoyable. Thank you for taking us along on your first hunt with Ravine, and we hope there are many more successful outings ahead! Regards, Ace Social Media Team
