Hi James, There’s a lot to love about this experience, especially knowing the FieldOps exceeded your expectations when you put them to work. We’re glad the Indoor Mode allowed you to carry on conversations comfortably in the field, and that having multiple earplug sizes and styles helped you find the right fit. We’re particularly pleased that the passive hearing protection stood out to you. Knowing you can still have hearing protection even if the battery runs out is an important part of what makes the FieldOps practical in real-world situations. We appreciate you putting them through their paces and sharing such thoughtful feedback! Regards, Ace Social Media Team

Hi Sammie, It’s wonderful to hear that your first experience with the Ravines was such a strong one! Knowing you found them comfortable, enjoyed the sound quality, and could even listen to music while waiting for birds makes this review especially rewarding. And the fact that you ordered a pair for your son after just one use says a lot about how much you valued the difference in hearing protection. We’re honored to be part of your time in the field—and to help both you and your son enjoy the experience with greater comfort and confidence. Regards, Ace Social Media Team

Hi Kevin, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience! We’re thrilled to hear you were impressed with the noise suppression and 4x hearing during your at-home testing. Most of all, we’re delighted that the fit felt like you had ordered custom earbuds—that kind of comfort can make such a big difference. We truly appreciate your support and can’t wait for you to put your Ravines to the test in the field! Regards, Malcolm Social Media Team

Hi Richard, It’s good to hear that your Ravine FieldOps are performing well overall. We also understand how frustrating it can be when only one of the included ear-tip styles gives you the fit you need, especially when the other option in the same size could potentially offer a different level of comfort or seal. The variety of tips is intended to give users flexibility since everyone’s ears are shaped differently, but finding that ideal combination can sometimes take a little experimenting. If you’re having trouble getting the alternate style to fit comfortably, our Customer Support team at [email protected] would be happy to help you determine which setup may work best for you. We want you to be able to take full advantage of what came with your FieldOps. Regards, Ace Social Media Team

Hi Mike, Taking the time to find the right fit is well worth it, especially when comfort and a secure seal are so important for in-ear protection. It’s great to hear that you’re impressed with the quality so far, even while you’re still working through the different ear-tip sizes. We hope you find the combination that feels just right before heading into the field. Once you do, we’re excited for you to experience the difference when it comes to hearing those subtle sounds around you, including deer moving nearby. Wishing you a successful season and many great hunts with your Ravine FieldOps! Regards, Malcolm Social Media Team

Hi Pat, Finding the right fit can make a significant difference with in-ear electronic protection, especially when you have smaller ear canals. We’re glad to hear the small foam tips are already proving to be the most comfortable option and that the battery easily lasts through a full day. We also appreciate that you’re continuing to experiment with the different fittings rather than giving up on them. A proper seal is essential for effective noise reduction, so if gunfire is still coming through louder than expected, we strongly encourage you to reach out to our Customer Support team. They can help you work through the fit and setup to make sure you’re getting the best possible seal and performance from your FieldOps. It’s encouraging to hear that conversations and surrounding sounds are coming through clearly, and we’re especially glad you still see the potential in the product. We’d love the opportunity to help you get past the fit issue so your Ravines can perform the way you expected them to. Regards, Ace Social Media Team

Hi Robert, This is exactly the kind of experience we hope to deliver when something doesn’t go right the first time. We’re especially glad you reached out to our Customer Support team and that we were able to arrange a replacement that made all the difference. Hearing that you went to the range feeling apprehensive, only to have the replacement perform fantastically, is incredibly rewarding. And the fact that they were comfortable enough for you to forget you were even wearing them is the perfect compliment! We’re thrilled your Ravine FieldOps have earned a spot as your go-to hearing protection, and we’re grateful you gave them another chance. Regards, Malcolm Social Media Team
