Janessa over at PureStream was really wonderful to work with. She took a situation that was initially a bit frustrating and as soon as she got involved was able to help me out really quickly. She was professional and prompt and took the time to note how things could have been handled better from the start prior to her involvement. I really appreciated her thoughtful communication and customer centered approach. I really love the product that they are producing for pets and very excited to have a couple PureStream fountains in the house for my cats. Thanks so much!

I have five cats. The first cat, Louis, checked it out and dranked. Now he drinks more. Soon after, Leo drank and continues to drink. Now the other three have followed suit. My cats drink so much more water than previously. So, I give the water fountain a thumbs up, and I’m very pleased with it

So easy to keep clean! We have 2 cats and purchased two fountains. No scrubbing hard to reach places. No more slime. Our cats took to it right away. Very happy!

Know going in if you aren’t happy with the product you ARE NOT getting your money back. They will tell you the fountain has been used so it is a hygiene issue and will offer you only a 50% refund. Completely ridiculous. The fountain is marketed as such that it appears to have a constant water stream, it does NOT. The water dish is also super shallow, a few millimeters of water at most. My cats wanted nothing to do with it despite trying all the “tactics” they recommend to get them to use it. Unless you are willing to spend A LOT of money on a gimmick that may or may not work for your pet I’d move on to the next product that you can actually return if you aren’t happy with it.

I am not sure if I want to keep it. For the dish is very shallow. One of cats drinks very little out of it and, I do not feel this is meeting my cats needs. Can someone reach out to me to let me know what I need to do to return them both.

I appreciate the support and guidance with installing the Pure Stream and acclimating my cats. All 3 have been readily drinking from it. I have one who loved the previous fountain and he seems completely comfortable with this new idea.

Had an issue with the machine, it was a fault and they sent me another one immediately without complicating the process. Answered really quickly too. Great service and great machines
