The folks at PureStream have really been helpful & honest about their product. They back it up 100%. They have been very good to work with. I wish all companies were as good to work with as theirs.

My cat has been using the aqua one for a little over a month now and she loves it! After I ordered I wanted to know where my package was so I reached out to the support email. They replied back in just a few hours with details on where it exactly was and when it was going to be delivered which was great. I'd recommended the aqua one to anyone that wants to give the best and healthiest life possible to their cat

I purchased 2 Purestreams for our new cat. I only opened one to be sure she liked it. The unit didn't charge properly, so I emailed them. Response was quick. They asked for a short video so they could see what was happening. They recognized it was not working properly and shipped a new unit to me immediately. The new unit works great and our cat loves it. It is not a constantly moving fountain, so be aware of that. Superior customer service for the win!!

This is a wonderful product. At first, when I was going through the manual I found it very confusing on how to do the initial start up. I contacted the company and they were extremely helpful and letting me know how to do it, AJ explained it a lot better than the manual does. The drinking fountain is great! Both of our cats started drinking from it immediately. PureStream were great to deal with. I received the fountain surprisingly quickly. The team at PureStream are informative and always on hand to help and advise.

I was impressed to get a response in a reasonable amount of time and they were not hesitant to adjust my bill after I saw the product go on sale the same day I ordered it so they gave me an adjustment on my credit card.

I was skeptical when I purchased this product but I had already lost hope with the other water flowing fountains that created the build up of that pink slimy gunk. So when I received the package on October 3rd 2026 I followed the instructions and easily put the fountain together. I was amazed how easy it was. Next thing I see same day my cat was drinking from it. I have 2 cats by the way, my 2nd cat took a little time to want to try it out. As he always is, my girl Lucy is the go-getter. Well my boy Desi is following suit 1 week later. They both are drinking from Purestream now. I can't tell you how happy I am to see this. Each week I clean out the water bins and the stainless steel tray. It's easy peasy!! I highly recommend this product 👌 👏 🙌

I had received PureStream cat fountain in August, 2026. After about a month and a half, it malfunctioned. I reached out to their customer service, and Janessa was so supportive and started the process for me to receive a whole new unit, which has been shipped as of this writing. I was very pleased with how she handled my issue.
