In addition to being the most maintenance-free watering system we've owned, I can now see just how much water our cats are drinking - and am pleasantly surprised! But now I can also determine if there is a major change in their drinking habits, a big plus with my older cat since I worry about kidney disease.

We ordered two AquaOne water fountains, and after a couple of weeks they both quit refilling automatically. Manual reset worked fine. Also, the water drains started dripping/leaking. Customer service has quickly responded ,and will replace one fountain so far. Instructions on how to reseal the drain valve have been sent, but we haven't tried the procedure yet.

This is definitely a 5 star! Here is my story. At first I almost sent this back when the alarm went off, but then I found I could turn it off. Then, I hadn't realized how it worked - it's not a continuous fountain. But what really made the difference is that ALL 3 of my cats drink out of it. This sold it to me. Up until now, one of my cats would ONLY drink from the bathtub faucet. When she started drinking from the Purestream, that sealed the deal. I LOVE not having to have a filter order every month, which I had been doing for years. And for a bonus, I had a question and contacted support, and the support I got was quick, friendly and extremely helpful. I highly recommend, and so do my cats!

We have 2 cats and they took to it immediately. Replaced my automatic fountain that required filters every 2 weeks and were gross. So far so good!

Our cats are drinking more water and got used to the noise quickly. This water fountain is a game changer!

I am so happy with my Purestream water system and my cat Pepper took to it right away. Very easy to set up. The support team is there for you and super helpful. I’m a retired RN and appreciate the simplicity in cleaning this system. The absence of filters is a big plus and I feel more confident that my Pepper is receiving the cleanest water. He loves those afternoon ice cubes. This is an investment in your cat’s health and I fully recommend it. I’m planning to order a second one. Thank you.
