Set up with otter was easy and our operation has improved tremendously. Having all the services centralized to otter and having their support is such a benefit for our business. Jorge our representative from otter not only assists with anything otter but he is so knowledgeable and brings so much to the table for our company. He has assisted in our business in so many more ways. He is just a call away if I have any questions or if their are any technical difficulties that may arise (which is rare) and he fixes the issue right away. Very fortunate for this service and the input otter provides to help our business expand more and more.

Nikko was extremely helpful and completed troubleshooting to get our Door Dash menu and orders to flow through our tablet. He was quick at responding and completed the task quickly. We appreciate all his help. -Mi and Yu Noodle Bar

It was amazing working with Otter to set up my tablet and my POS Integration account. I worked with Marc Ayoub on this and he was very quick, and efficient and gave me a lot of attention on my onboarding. I'll recommend Otter to any other restaurants that wants to boost his online delivery.

A lot of different solutions adapted for different sizes of business.

They updated their app recently which hasn't worked with my printer for almost a week. I have submitted countless support claims and am on a support chat right now and still hasn't been fixed. They keep saying they will have to refer me to a different team then ghost me. I haven't heard back at all. I keep contacting them everyday but they still haven't fixed it. I wouldn't recommend Otter at all. They don't have a support number, you have to use their "Chat" support system which is extremely unreliable. If you own/manage a restaurant and need support, good luck! They'll get back to you on their own time, even though they are charging you fully. I wouldn't recommend this company at all. I have lost a lot of money because of them and am currently in the process of switching to a different company. You have been warned. Stay away from Otter Edit:This was the result of today's chat still NOT FIXED! "We tried to troubleshoot again, however, you still got an error in the printer. I need to escalate this issue to our specialized team who will handle the concern further and since you also want a replacement." Edit: They have finally fixed my printer issue. I have updated my review from 1 star to 3 stars.

A little over a month ago, I did a demo with Otter and Deliverect before I decided to go with Otter. I chose them because their technology seemed more up-to-date and they already had social media ordering (Deliverect was just about to get that feature). First, my onboarding rep ghosted me twice during onboarding. Someone else had to get my account partially working. My Doordash drive account was NEVER connected but they kept assuring me it was working. They kept trying to upsell me on other paid features but they never got me fully working to begin with. The guy from UberEATS eventually gave me a tablet to use because the Otter rep put the wrong code in for the integration. A month after the bad experience and poor customer service, I emailed everyone I had been in contact with and notified them in writing to cancel my account and not to charge me the full amount for the service since IT NEVER FULLY WORKED. They charged my card in full later that evening. I emailed everyone in the thread again and told them to refund me immediately and no one responded. Finally (6 days later), the sales rep that brought me on, responded and sent instructions on how to cancel. I canceled immediately and replied to him and everyone in the thread, requesting that they verify that it has been received and expedite my refund (since I didn't make any money with them and they have my funds tied up). The guy said they did receive it but as of right now, 10 days after my cancellation request, I still have not received my refund or confirmation of cancellation. Avoid this company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How I am wishing I had checked trust pilot before signing up with Otter. Just read the other one star reviews as they are completely accurate. Support is a joke. They have sent me the wrong printers twice. The tablet may or may not stay logged in. Constant connectivity issues. Can't get through to anyone to help and canned email responses. Menu won't publish correctly. Clearly all their resources are in sales. It's been less than a week and I've already lost over half my normal revenue in online sales. I just spent 17 minutes on hold to get a recorded message that they are closed on weekends. Now based on what I'm reading it's going to be a nightmare to cancel. Clearly they respond to public reviews to give the impression that there is actually a support system in place. Don't be fooled.
