Excellent experience thus far with Otter. Otter has streamlined our delivery process in every way. Huge improvement from where we were as a company pre-Otter. Our customer support lead, Jorge Roman, has been incredibly helpful. Jorge is reachable nearly 24/7 and has quickly solved any issues we’ve experienced.

Mika was great and very helpful! Resolved my issue quickly and professionally and promised a reimbursement for missed orders that came up due to the issue with the platform. Thank you!

Customer support was great! Nikko Diaz helped me today and he did a great job. I was having connection problems with multiple locations and he resolved all issues with patient and kindness. I am so happy with how he organized our portal and solved all of our problems. Thank you Otter and especially Nikko Diaz!

promised 30 day free trial once integrations were completed. Integrations were never completed. Started receiving invoices. Requested cancelation. Continued to receive invoices. Now causing issues with other integrations. Just pay the $5 a month to Clover for online ordering and avoid this useless service.
