Macky and Francis are both kind and professional and were able to work around some hiccups while setting up the account based on my existing settings and plan in square. Francis took the lead on the call; Macky answered more questions regarding square integration connected to subscriptions and how the integration would connect withing my existing square platform and future integrations based on settings. I do feel it was a bit all over the place with the set up when we started. I think by starting by communicating have xy&z open and if you can close any other browsers you may have open as we'd like for you to share your screen would have made the process much smoother from the start of the call. I appreciate Francis follow up email and forwarding over the link for reference of the call as I have a few items to still set up on my end, so a reference is nice.

Helpful process! Macky answered all of my questions and had us set up quickly. It was a bit of a long process (before working with Macky) figuring out exactly how we'd set up Otter with our other devices, but we figured it out.

We used Otter for order integration and consolidation for orders from Google, DoorDash, UberEats, and Grubhub. It did a fantastic job! We were able to get rid of the tablets and have everything seamlessly go through our POS. It's nice because you can also notify drivers when an order is ready. I would recommend Otter for order integration to anyone. The Otter POS system doesn't seem very useful to full service or dine-in restaurants. However, if you have a pay-at-counter service restaurant, I believe the Otter POS would be beneficial to your restaurant.
