The product sometimes does what it says if it wants to, but when it doesn't you lose thousands of dollars I've probably lost around $5000 in lost revenue because of this platform it's nice that they work with a lot of companies and somewhat easy to use but when their product stops working, their support sucks and you lose thousands of dollars i am sure you can sue my name to find me account internally

It was resolved. However it took almost 8 hours of active chat and three different people to fix the issue. This costant issue is extremely disruptive, as a restaurant how am I supposed to have a business without taking credit card payments for couple days. It was fixed, but I am not happy with the product, ai shouldn't be chatting for hours just to get the POS working.

This is a useful tool but 2 things bother me. First the tips is added by default, which is a scam for me, because un France we don't tips except if the service is really good, especially in click and collect, and second thing, the newsletter checkbox was checked by default, and I'm pretty sure that's illegal in France.

The value prop is there, but the execution, conflict resolution, and service is behind horrible. Our business has suffered more than $7,000 monthly for going on 3 months from their inability to execute. Again, they have a brilliant concept, but they are simply cannot get the job done
