Good Idea, Terrible Execution
The value prop is there, but the execution, conflict resolution, and service is behind horrible. Our business has suffered more than $7,000 monthly for going on 3 months from their inability to execute. Again, they have a brilliant concept, but they are simply cannot get the job done

been using try otter for 9 months
been using try otter for 9 months. It have pros and cons. Integration wise its very easy to use, some malfunction here and there but its manageable. Downside is the customer service, can only talk to them through chat. Some agents are not attentive to the concerns and keeps on asking on and on whats the problem.

I've been working with Otter since the pandemic and the lockdowns. A lot has changed in the take-out wars and online ordering. Otter has been able to help scale our business into 15 locations. I oversee all the stores and It's amazing if I ever need to troubleshoot the Otter tablets or dashboard remotely. It's also super convenient when tracking gross sales for calculating royalties and quarterly taxes. The menu editor is a super useful tool whenever I need to make changes to DoorDash, UberEats, Grubhub, ChowNow. Anytime I ever had a troubleshooting errors or backend issues Phuong Ha and Amber Jimenez were right there helping me out. They've been super helpful with all the growth and they really care about their partners and the restaurants they work with.

All the time disconnected but overall good
Overall good only 1 thing had happened is disconnected with the printer maybe the printer otter provided the cheap printer
