We've had the pleasure of working with Otter for about 2 years and have had a great experience! The sales team, the customer support teams, the technical support teams - everyone has been really responsive and solid. They've been great partners in building a solution that works for our program (hundreds of locations) and really open to our input/feedback on product improvements. We considered other aggregator platforms and couldn't be more pleased with the choice we made!

My company has been using Otter since the beginning of Otter. It’s been a love and hate relationship with them. They have definitely come a long way. Looking back few years, they have improved for the better. We use them because they provide convenience and helps us with our kitchen system simplification. We have gone through probably 10 representatives from Otter throughout the years and we’re lucky to have Jorge Roman as our rep. He is knowledgeable, prompt, and honest. Couldn’t ask for more!

Sam at Otter gave one of the best customer service experiences. I’ve had with online ordering companies. She was patient, understanding, and went above and beyond to make things right for me and my business. I would recommend Otter, especially Sam, to anyone interested in streamlining their online ordering experience for their business.

Jorge is the man, he has been so helpful. I would recommend him and otter to anyone looking to consolidate many tablets to one.

Jorge is the man! Overall, I have worked with many different Otter customer support representatives, but Jorge definitely goes above and beyond to help us. Just recently we have had a printer issues that was ongoing for quite some time. Luckily we were connected with Jorge. He reassured us that he was going to do his best to get this issue solved for us. After some time, jorge stayed in touch with us about the situation and maintained a positive attitude all throughout. He wasted no time in trying to figure out the issue. Thanks to him, our team no longer has to suffer with this issue! Thank you Jorge for your help and hard work.

Very difficult of getting hold of billing. I have open invoice for the month of June, and they locked my account 10 days into June, cannot take orders or anything because account is locked. They won't let me generate revenue to pay the bill.. Run away from this company
