Rich G was absolutely amazing
Rich G was absolutely amazing! She helped me professionally and honestly went above and beyond to resolve my situation. My issue was extremely complicated because a previous manager had originally set up our Otter account and email, but had left the company a long time ago. Rich stayed calm, patient, and professional throughout the entire process and guided me step by step. Honestly, an issue like this could have taken days or even weeks to resolve, but Rich made the process so much easier and helped me get everything taken care of quickly. She was incredibly knowledgeable, and even her voice was calm and reassuring throughout the call. Thank you so much, Rich, for your professionalism, patience, and exceptional service. I truly appreciate all your help!
